You are so sweet. You're customers need to tip you, even if it's just a dollar or some change, if they want to keep you delivering. May your efforts be blessed in a huge way!
I hated downtown. But I get sent there so much I’ve begun to understand it. Come to find out, we can park in the loading zones. Most notes I get tell me that. But also I dash with my husband most of the time. So he’ll drop me off if it’s busy downtown and circle the building until he sees me come outside or sees me standing outside. Then I hurry up and jump in the truck. Lol. It’s helpful having a partner when going downtown. I would hate doing that alone.
Love the channel. Just started DD myself on top of my full time job. First one I unassigned because the dive restaurant couldn’t tell me sheer to pick up the food. The I took the next order and they gave me the first one back to me. Had issues with the app where the order disappeared. These videos keep me motivated as I can relate
By the way, Walmart have 7 dollars rain coats around the purse wallets department in black, blue and red and it’s a size fits all and they are hood, arms free also in good quality. 😊
06:54, ladies first bro. I had a guy shove me out of the way to enter a wingstop. I have had guys cut in front of me in line waiting for a pickup. I have had gal dashers give me attitude when I point out there is a line for pick up. Gig workers need to work on professionalism and manners. 13:03 was a gent🤗 13:54 girl same. Bless they're heart
Yep, that damn app. Been giving us fits for about a week now. Took today off because we’ve been pushing kinda hard the past several weeks. Wound up getting bored and took a drive. Somewhere between the door and the car, door dash got turned on. Wound up dashing 3 hours for $75. Best evening we’ve had since last Friday night. People crack me up with those long drive orders…2 fer 20’s is what we call them. I know they’re most likely children, but that doesn’t exactly make things any better.
New subscriber! I want to support any way I can for those hustling the honest way. Thanks for taking us along the rides with transparency. I've been interested in doing side hustles but I want to weigh the pros and cons. I like your journey motto, too.
do NOT accept no tip orders or even small. If your screen says the order is $2-4 then don't bother. I usually only accept $6 and higher, depending on the distance. Don't put the miles on your car if it's not worth it. Acceptance rate doesn't matter (after watching more, it looks like you're doing a decent job of not accepting the crap orders)
Question for Dashers Do you all see the tip amount before you accept? I ask this because I noticed sometimes I will tip very good but then get the crappiest service like dropping my food at wrong place& stuff missing & no pic after delivery...but when I tip 20 to 25% I get excellent service but I also give them extra tip in cash too when they arrive.
We can tell if it's a no tip order. Once it hits around $6 or up, it could be more than that. Example: If it's $5 order then we know they probs tipped around $2-3. If we see a $2-3 order then it's most likely $0-1 tip. Sometimes we see the higher tips, and sometimes we don't right away. I always see the full tip if the distance is pretty large, otherwise dashers probs wouldn't take it.
Hi I enjoy watching gives me a new perspective a delivery people.. I’m a seventy year old grandmother. I on a very tight budget. I tip when I can the last time tipped it was $8.50 tip. They followed my instructions completely and left it against my door like I wanted to so I didn’t have to walk because I walk with a walker. I appreciate a good driver and I appreciate them following my instructions. You’re very good person and you deserve tips. any ideas of what I could give my drivers besides chips like a cold drink or anything like that let me know thank you have a blessed day bye-bye

I ended up receiving $8.88 for that Popeye's order, which was half pay. It would have been a $17.76 order if stupid Popeye's had sides! 😭
Play it in you state lottery 💵💵💵💵 💛 !
Popeyes is nuts
They gave my order away last time

I'm new to dashing, less than 100 deliveries at this point, and I love watching others and how they deal with things. It helps me out a lot. Thanks
I feel the same way. Thanks for watching!
I'm sorry, but offering a driver $2.50 is hilarious... that's what I got from the tooth fairy when I was five. 😂😂😂 Like, seriously?
Lol😂😂
Your face @ No tippers 😂
I better not be going to another danm apartment complex. I love that quote

Thank you for being here and for your kind words. 🥰
The doordash driver's app always glitches for some reason. You're not the only one it happens to me too so annoying.

I would also recommend instacart because there's less driving, but gotta be careful with the payouts and the amount of items you're shopping for
Purple door means Witches Home is happy 🪄🦇
Loving the videos😊
Thank you 🥰
My opinion only trashy people don't tip their delivery drivers
What did the guy say after he said it was a 45minute wait??

Thank you for being such a good tipper. 💕 But no, sometimes DoorDash hides the tips from us until after we complete the delivery.

Congrats, I’m dashing my way into debt delivering to non tippers
