      @@aurakrishna7643 not as much as it should be for someone doing this routine for 3 months... I actually had a surgery so had to stop for a while. Slowly getting back to it though

    First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

      Ys. You are right...many fitness trainer in RUclips are making video that include type of muscles and the type of injuries that can happen during workout...but here, he is simply saying with proper video how to do and don't those exercises. Why I liked this video is.....I only have dumbbells and a single barbell....so , for me this is more useful.😅

    आपकी वीडियोस में ये भी बताया करिये की कितने किलोग्राम वज़नी इंसान को कितने कितने किलोग्राम का डम्बल्स का प्रयोग करना चाहिए।।
    जैसे में 5 फ़ीट 6 इनचेस का हु।और मैं 20 किलोग्राम का दो डबल्स प्रयोग करता हु।। 4 रेपेटिशन।। क्या ये सही है?।। वो भी बिलकुल क्लीन।।
    और अपनी भी डबल्स का वजन बताया करा करिये।।इससे बहुत सारा शंका दूर हो जाता है।।।plzz
