So, with that in mind, I listened to the freestyle with a new insight and breadth of knowledge. No disrespect was intended. Well, looking back, I was just saying what I thought of it; I wasn't saying that he's terrible. Haha I wasn't comparing Lillard to the greats. I was just saying, for someone whose career is the NBA, the dude had bars. It was a nice surprise. I wasn't expecting him to like go as deep as he did, but the dude like really made you feel some type of way and put you in his shoes. I mean, this may be a long shot to say but I think if Lillard were to ever get sidelined permanently (God forbid), he could definitely earn respect in the realm of rapping. That's my personal opinion.

My favorite artist out here and he never disappoints on the mic, he just sets a new height of expectations with a brilliant freestyle session. I love Lupe so much so underrated and always giving his best and provoking thought.
There's a distinct difference between freestyle and mixing several writtens with a couple of add ons. I'm not even gonna get started on guys who rap off a phone or spit lyrics from upcoming singles. Now I have nothing against shit written for a show and adding a couple of bars of your own but this is real freestyle. It wasn't at all rehearsed and it wasn't perfect but that's what makes it so authentic. Anyone that comes on and everything sounds perfect, they thought of it beforehand. You know it's real when some lines don't click or there's a couple of repeats. Yet when you listen carefully there's gold to be found. Rest assured as with everything Lupe does, he comes up with gold. The smartest rapper we've ever had, he may not be your favourite rapper but there's no denying he's a great. We need the old Lupe back though Food&Liqour and TheCool are classics in every sense of the word.

Davesylvin Decker II What is life with no means to defend it. Guns are freedom. Its the uneducated knuckleheads that give them a bad image.
This is a pure freestyle. A lot of rappers spit written rhymes. Lupe is a goat.
I’ve always been a big fan of Lupe and his songs got me through some dark times. When he mentions integers and -1’s, I just lost it. As a mechanical engineer, I would have never expected an artist to throw down a verse like that. He is truly on a other level
greatest pure lyricist alive.
come back to this every couple years
literally
I have a yearly listen booked in my diary
You know the beat?
Lupe Fiasco aka The Rap Genius is the best in the game yo
I return to this freestyle more often than any other album or song. It aged like a fine wine. 💯

finally an actual freestyle on sway in the morning.
King Los had a nice 5 Fingers of Death
Logic was spittin too
Kas Koo Los was too nice
King Los, Lupe Fiasco and Logic are the best freestylers out there right now.
Zerak Palani Holy crap, i feel the exact same, i keep replaying Logic, King Los and now this every day.
Lupe is still one of Favorites of ALL Time ... he never chances ... its going to be him no matter ,, he comes loaded everytime .... May The Most High bless you brother
This might be the best true "freestyle" that i've ever seen... (no phones, no writtens, just FLOW). Big ups to Lupe for that!
When Lupe was kicking that freestyle, I thought I was chilling on the porch with him and Sway.
What weed u smoking homie
@@Leuviahh7 bruh the freestyle is that dope
Best freestyle on Sway. Please tell me someone agrees?
agree....this is in my rotation just as a regular song....it was just that good!! Vibe out brother
👍👍👍
+Kaleb Waterman Did you see both King Los' or Damian Lillard's? Even though Lillard isn't a rapper, he killed it.
+Brett Cole you right about los! but to compare the greats to Damien Lillard... naw
This is the best free I've heard in quite some time
I come here every week to get my dose of medicine from Lupe Fiasco's bars. #bestFreestyle ever!
This made me a fan of Lupe when it dropped, I knew the big songs but this is when I realized how talented he really is
"Feel like Methodist, Baptist so I church how I work...you know my worth." He rode the hell out of this beat
sway be looking like the rhino from Madagascar when he bops his head like that lmao
Minecraft Pocket Edition best comment ever on youtube its so true 😂😂😂

my face hurts from smiling from watching sway smile the whole way through.
smiles, amazing beats, even better positive flows.. Great atmosphere & a pleasure to watch.. & watch.. & watch.. & watch some more. ✌
and another viewing to keep the balance of mental ingestion of life.
Sway literally smile at anything tho
Tetsuo & Youth was as good as F&L and better than The Cool imo, and his new album Waves looks great. We don't need the Old Lupe back, he never left.
His freestyle is better than these new rappers writtens.
Yanai Natsari better then they careers bro
Lupe is daddy!! 😍🤤
Same As Mines😌

When you spittin a freestyle off the top and you MAKE UP A WORD!!
Quanswers.. That was fire. Respect!
Izuhara Torozu I just shit myself.... fuck this dude insane
I love how sway looks over after he says it like, “ did y’all catch that shit!”
I keep coming back to this cause dude is just on a whole different level
I love Lupe! His voice, his style, his mind frame, everything! He can miss me with the dreads though
+Questchuan where's your pic? What you look like?
Chasity Stringfellow don't be mad he's more closely connected to his roots while you try to emulate the white Europeans standard of attractiveness and beauty. you are a disgrace to black women. learn your history and you will embrace your culture
josh beddoe first of all I'm all natural...just because I like to wear weave doesn't mean I'm not in touch with my culture...if I'm not talking to you why comment?
Shout out to Lupe's amazing dance moves while he was killing that freestyle.
Sounds better than most songs on the radio. One of the greatest spittas.
Love this. This the most effortless freestyle I’ve ever seen.
Best Sway Freestyle
king los
Thiik Ngot Tru los is a beast my g
King Los wasn't from the dome, this was off the top bruh!
king los was off the dome, sway threw him words and he tore it up
***** which one ? I heard him twice on sway and he used same lyrics(part) both times.
the most realistic rapper alive.

Kendrick Lamar (my opinion)
IT goes Rakim NAS EMINEM Black THought , LUPE FIASCO
Andy Mineo.
Realistic ? As opposed to what? An imaginary rapper ?
Brother Lupe.. Always on his game. That's how you do it. nice and smooth. Peace to you brother keep on keeping up .
Lupe top 5 alive. His frees just kill almost everyone elses writtens. And the proof is right here
