I was doing fine with 17.2.1
I regret even upgrading to 17.4.1 in my 15 Pro. Battery health dropped 3% in just 3 weeks.
Also there is a lagging issue too

Sounds like the best thing to do is not update to 17.5, to many issues
I’ve been on the beta. Only good thing is the battery life. Very buggy.

I turned off auto-updates a few days ago. My battery health on my 14 Pro Max is still excellent and judging by what I've been seeing, no way will I install 17.5 until they figure it out. Apple needs to get their ducks in a row. Stop focusing so much on this or that feature and focus on stability! This should be a no-brainer for them.
17.5 is literally a beta. 💀 you can’t even get it unless you go out of your way to install it. It’s not intended for the public of course it’s not gonna be the best yet.

My iPhone 15 Pro Max sometimes over heats when charging. WiFi connection keeps dropping out. Thanks for the great information you provide.

i fell like apple purposely makes battery life horrible for a random version of ios and then they slightly improve it on the next one but never gets as good as when it was new and i feel like they do it on purpose to makes us feel like the battery was great at first it just degraded over time but no, i got mine replaced by apple and was in a rc version of ios but it never lasted as long as it used to when the phone was new
@@angelcmr2048i don’t think so. i think it’s jus the updates become more power demanding. widgets and more ram use over time etc. they all use more battery

I feel disappointed when updating to 17.4.1 because the effect is that my camera lags when I turn it on, then the face ID is slow to detect. the battery runs out quickly. I really regret the 17.4.1 update
I do get overheating sometimes on my iPhone 11 and Wi-Fi and Bluetooth be dropping like crazy here and there on 17.4.1 Apple needs to bring out a stable update that improves battery life and more great vid btw ❤️👊🏽
I'm on 17.4.1 (OTA Ver.) on my iPhone 14 and I'm already experiencing the WiFi drop. Alarm works and no overheating. Thankfully no other problems that I'm aware of. 😀🇨🇦

It’s crazy Apple hasn’t fixed the timer bug for the Dynamic Island yet from iOS 17’4 I believe and still present now.
wifi connected problemnot work & network fluctuate 4g to 5g problem... Not catch fast or switch faster coverage also bad... Call sometimes disconnected

My iPhone 15 pro max when the iOS 17.5 beta 1st started for battery health was at 96 and now it’s at 91 for maximum capacity amd my iPhone does overheat when charging
My fourteen pro does this sometimes on 17.4.1 and hopefully, 17.5 may fix 🔧 it .

I regret updating to iOS 17.4.1 from iOS 16.7 on iPhone 12 pro max. I got my iphone at 90% and when i updated i dropped from 90-86% in a week
The white bar doesn’t fade anymore it stays there how I return it to normal

I mean this is all solid, but what’s with the bug when your airpods can’t be connected on iPhone 15 pro max. At least when it comes to airpods 3. This last over a year…
No turn off cellular data and sit next to the Wi-Fi router until your device is connected and back away from it gradually and then turn cellular data back on, if that won't work reboot your device with cellular data off, dead battery restart may work.

I'm on ios 17.1 so far and working smooth with good battery life on my 14PM and I'm not gonna do any update till apple finally make a stable build ( not those fancy updated with bugs )
Never had any problem with 17.5 beta 4 , battery was better also no issues with alarm or WiFi.
I’ve been on the beta. Only good thing is the battery life (14 Pro Max). Very buggy when launching apps and multitasking on iPadOS 17.5 so I downgraded to 17.4.1. Going to do the same to my phone right now.
It has to drain battery or overheating after updating to different iOS and that’s normal
my iphone 15 heats up quite a bit when charging. Idk why my battery health is down to 98 even tho i brought my phone last month

I set my phone to 80% limit but it will not stop charging at 80% it will continued up to 100% if the phone temp go down 15plus

I was wondering if battery health goes down so fast. Would apple replace the battery with a new one if its still under warranty? Because its basically their fault because of the software issues.

I don’t think 5G is an issue. You can set you data to a standard mode, low data mode and allow more data on 5G which states Iphone may prefer 5G over Wi-fi. Unless it’s happening on low data mode that’s most likely the issue.
