I like this join. If you don't want the ridge on the wrong side, you can join the same way but use slip stitching instead of single crochet. It makes a flatter seam on both sides. Thanks for your clear videos with subtitles.

If they provide transcripts, they have to be talking but that shows up in the side box when you click "more".
