When you bent over near the beginning I looked up to see where you were and you caught me with "You don't need to see me" - I was like I got caught! hahahaha! How you know that? @@PagodaYogaGuru with summer coming up i know my MS kicks in and i wont be able to do workouts as i normally would. I found your channel last summer and am in love with the chair yoga (although i basically dont use a chair but the couch 😉). Maybe something for swollen legs caused by less exercise during summer?
