2018 zforce 800ex installed on top in rear . 1yr later and love this thanks to seeing this video. Took out preload and what a difference in ride and still had ground clearance.
Hey Isaac, nice work here. I especially like to see people who can take the initiative to improve upon someone else's concept. I used to fab everything myself. When I had the time, it was fun and effective. With life being so busy anymore, I'm much more inclined to buy a kit if it's cost-effective and make alterations to their design as needed. Hey thanks for the subscription. I really enjoyed being part of The Joe Show on Sunday. Y'all make a great community. Blessings Mr. Reichard!
I have a 2019 zforce 1000 and I had to remove 1 bolt out of the e- brake cable mount to clear the spring. So far it is working fine. I love the extra clearance and run 29 inch tires. Have about 15 inches of clearance now👍
Just an update guys. Super happy with the lift,no problems at all have put quite a few miles on it definitely a difference. I no longer have that rub in the front top fenders I had off of jumps LOL and I was able to soften up my preload for an even better ride
How are the brackets on the top of the rear shocks holding up? I worry because they are not supported like the front lower brackets are. I know you added that support bolt but that is all that keeps that bracket from wanting to spin. I’m really curious. Please advise. Thanks for the video.
Excellent video - Thanks for sharing! I have ordered this Razor 800 setup to install in my 2020 CFMOTO ZForce 800 Trail. I hope to see a noticeable height difference, as I am "on the fence" about going to a 3" lift or put this 2" on. I am running the stock tires and do not have plans to put on bigger tires yet, but still don't want to compromise my axles or shocks.
How did you get the lower shock eye to line up with the new hole in the bracket Have been fighting with mine for close to 2 hours and I finally gave up
Just to give a heads up I just did a lift kit on a 2017 zforce and I cut the little tabs off the bottom of the brackets and when I did that it made the brackets too short so that must have changed something lift kit still work though
I'm glad you mentioned that, as im about to install on a 15 and 20 model. I will remove a front and rear shock and test fit both before moving forward.
You mentioned all is stock with the 30" tires(what kind of tires??)...but standard clutching??...no clutch upgrade??.. I have an 800 trail.. Can I use same rzr lift application?.. Tks
Yes, I did this kit on a 2021 Zforce 500 trail. Larger ones on front lower end & smaller ones on rear top end just like here. No need to relocate brake line either. I did the extra bolts as shown here too. Hope this helps. Shock adjustments listed here. Front: Back off top collar completely Top all slow then 4 clicks fast Bottom all fast then 3 clicks slow Rear: Top 3.5" gap between each collar Bottom all slow then 2 clicks fast Also I installed 2" wheel spacers for added stability. Rides like a dream now!

@@mackleroy8267 Great! No problems so far at all
also to note, on 60" machine if you put on the rear bottom the E-Brake cables are in the way as well.

I just put it on my 16 800ex tonight
Thanks for putting this video together. Cheers
my 2018 rear brackets went on mine without a hitch on the bottom. It is a trail model and does not have the square tubing like that.

Hey could you post a link to this kit? I think i found it but not for sure
11:21 Could you not clearance the a-arm easily enough? Or doenst it even matter how you install?
Up front?
The holes on the a arm will not line up without trimming the brackets a bit.
Would the 3 inch eBay kit for 800 efi ranger kit work for IT?
How’s the CF Moto holding up any problems with it so far? How is it in slow technical deep mud?
I have a 2018 z force 1000. What kit from Polaris do I order for a 2” lift?
Or do I simply order off eBay?
It's this one I just installed tonight.
DOES THE WIDTH NARROW WITH THE LIFT

I am currently running 30" blackwaters. And on the b2 clutch setting
Do you feel these will work on a 800 trail? Mine is a 2021.
Would this work on a 2020 Zforce 800ex?
Yes I added mine last weekend
going to put these on my uforce 800
How did it work
@@FrewSlinger worked great
@@unclebuck5957 thanks
What kind of polaris kit was that
Any issues with the CV axles failing due to the increased angle?
So far zero issues. It eliminated the rub on jump landings i had up front also.
Will this work for the trail as well?
I dont beleave so, but not sure if you could make it work or not

@@georgetheis7538 Thanks man. I've had my 2021 500 trail for a week now and I'm going to do this as well. Appreciate the comment!
Well this work on a 2021zforce 950 sport
You don't break axles with the 30s
Only broke one rear. But that was landing a jump on that tire at wot. Lol
have a video of the z force with tires on it and thoughts ? what size tires ?
Ill try and get some video up soon. Deffinilty love the lift! More clearance, no more rubbing on landings
