I can not do flips to save my life and finally got my kip up. Doing it elevated and then slowly lowering it is how I got it. I used a gymnastics mat and folded it and then I finally unfolded it a little bit after I got it at the different highs until I finally got it on the floor. Really spreading my legs helped me to.
@@zxr8ii Keep pushing up your upper body as I mentioned earlier. Initially you might me getting it. You'll see your progress if you keep practicing daily.

Aldro0021 when you do it it doesn't ruin your back. It may hurt your neck a bit at the beginning if your skinny and bony like me. I say you should try it a few times on a bed or pillows and remember to push through your arms the whole time. But after you get good you can do it without your arms ,like I can now, just with the kick of your legs Good luck

You know what could be a cool move to do with the kip up? After the kip up, you jump back to a one handed freeze. I don't know what to name it...may just call it a BounceBack lol. But to further explain it... you go from the kip up to the squat position... Then you do half a backflip and Land on one hand to show the one handed freeze
feeling wired for so absolutlly diffrent using of my hands ^^ and thx for teaching me how to frontflip, learned it on sunday in my trampoline, tried it the first time on ground(grass), did on the first try, faild misureable at the third try xDDD but i know now what i have to avoid, landing on my butt ^^

Please help me with my mental block. I cant do the bridge stand and im telling myself, bcuz of that i wont be able to do the kip up. Im in good physical shape and i can easily do 10 muscle ups for example.

I can get to a back bend position but I can never lift my hands I always end up in a back bend any tips
