I’m planning to take taekwondo class, and i can’t split properly. While i’m just waiting to get enrolled I thought it’s the best if i start practicing full split on my own and the help of others.... Am I supposed to do this everyday?
First, do not wait until you do the full split to start practicing Taekwondo. You have to practice it within Taekwondo classes to progress faster.
Secondly, it is enough to practice stretching exercises 3-4 times a week until you get the split later.
Note that division is not everything in Taekwondo, but rather it is part of it. Flexibility in general is the most important.

It's depend on your flexibility level, you can do every exercise for 30 seconds and between 1 to 3 repetition
