For the people who say that taekwondo looks boring... it’s really not. I’ve been doing taekwondo for 8 years now and i can tell you that its a lot more technical to the point that even your foot’s position matters. Also, for people wondering why we use our front leg; it’s because it’s faster to kick with the leg that’s closest to the opponents chest guard. When using the back leg, it leaves us open for a split second in which they can kick us with - GUESS WHAT? - their front leg.

I do karate and I'm not sure if its the same but I use this tactic to create the distance (since naturally when u get kicked or punched you move back) and to trick them so they don't know when I will actually kick. You create distance because if the person Is too close it would count as a missed kick, so you won't get a point. Not sure if it is the same but hopefully a bit familiar.

Just watched the fight between South Korea and Mexico. People there say that Korea won because of his long legs. Wouldn't dare to say that to Pauline Lopez. She's absolutely on fire regardless of who is she fighting with. Kudos!❤️ Conclusion: How long your legs are doesn't matter🤣

Dalawa. Basta yung punch makikatis ng judge na valid, while yung kick ay registered automatically by the sensors. If it is turning + one point.
