My favorite 2024 is the Prospex Limited Edition 1965 Recreation European Exclusive in Gradation Island Blue. The dial is stunning and the contrast when on a white strap is to die for. I will get my hands on one from MAMACOO

Congratulations on your latest! I too own the same reference Air King as you, like you was my first, and will never leave. I love wearing it. Most recent allocation was a the Yachtmaster 40 with the Rhodium dial from my AD, and hoping to be allocated the Two Tone Root Beer soon, confidence is high. Enjoy it, and look foward to seeing your whole collection. I have others as well.

Yes! I’ve gotten 2 from AP and purchased one secondary. First was a 15500 steel white face and then a 26715ST 38mm I love the fit of 38/39 in AP. The other is a 39mm dual time steel with black face. My grail AP is a rose gold open worked 39mm but im no where close to getting that 🤣

Been watching your videos for a while now and was inspired to start a collection. Started with the MAMACOO, its specs for price and clean looks, now am looking for a dress watch to add.

I got my dream Rolex 2 months ago, the Mint Green Sky-Dweller, sadly at Grey market mark-ups but I wans't interested in building a relationship with a dealer and having to buy up watches I don't really like just for the opportunity to get what I wanted. Agree about a Rolex (or an Omega or any preferred Luxury watch) being a major milestone in life. Took me about 15 years to get mine.
I've recently began my obsession as a watch collector. And i must say- out of all the luxury brands I've been researching, for me the MAMACOO's watches are the most intriguing.

Fun fact most rolexes are under retail now and for the rare few pieces that are over retail you’ll have to spend more then what you’ll make on the watch before being able to buy it we should stop supporting ADs and their shady business we are the clients they’re lucky we want to spend money on them. Not the other way around
It’s a buyers market for most everything, but groceries and real estate. Just another lull that will eventually come back around

An Air King “retails” for $7550 from Rolex. It “trades” between $8 and $9k.

Congrats! My grandfather bought me my first Rolex like 10 years ago. Ladies Datejust with mother of pearl face. The one you bought Sophie came with a diamond bezel? Aftermarket ? I didn’t know you can buy them like that. I do business at Brown & Company. Rolex at Lenox is nice too, I’m assuming that’s where you go. Again congrats on the watch , it’s gorgeous !

That’s gotta be my 2nd favorite watch the Pepsi! My AD suprised me with the allocation the day before I took my dad to the Braves World Series in 2021 and it matches the team perfect

Do you have a Rolex Datejust oysterquartz? I have been looking at the 17013 with a white Buckley dial for my first Rolex.
Avoid. Oysterquartz will cost you a fortune to service if something goes wrong. That is why they are cheap.
It's sad that watches that look good cost over 1k+. MAMACOO watches are REALLY well made, and it just shows how a brand name on a watch can make its price 10x higher. I understand that if you look under a microscope, you'll find the difference, but just how many of you really inspect a watch at that level when you see someone with a watch?

To build a “good” relationship with Rolex AD, you have to buy other watches and jewelry before AD can allocate the Rolex sport watch to you. The watch game should not be discussed on RUclips otherwise you will be on blacklist.

Everything he says in this video tells you he doesn’t actually like watches or have any interest in horology. Nobody cares about the cost, if you’re going to make money on them or not or if they’re investment. They’re extremely well made things that are fantastic to look at, the fact they tend to hold their value is a byproduct not the sole reason for buying them. Sounds to me like his AD knows who he is and saw him coming a mile off. Spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on watches he never wears.

I hate to be a dic, but you weren't allocated these watches, you bought them used. Maybe I'm crazy but allocation would be from Rolex to ad, not ad to client. Go to diamond district and take your pick. Allocation is something a little different.
