I 100% agree with the statement at the end of the video, for not much money you add, you can get the Honda city, and I think the difference you will get is night and day considering that small price difference

The Brio is not for all but it is for folks who wants a small and reliable vehicle. The engine is its biggest asset together with the driving dynamics. It really feels good to drive, and the engine is the best in its segment.
I, myself, bought the Brio because it is the only Honda available in the market that fits my budget. I have been using it for almost 6 months and I am enjoying it. It may be mahal for the eye of others, but this is the one that fits my budget. It is spacious inside and seats are comfortable.
For people who are looking at getting the Brio, I suggest you do a test drive.
On the other hand, if you can extend your budget, I will recommend checking the GS3 Emzoom, Kia Stonic, City RS, and the Geely Emgrand.

Tough sell for Honda. I remember pre pandemic era, Brio retails at 735k Pesos for TOTL variant. Not sure what happened now🤣 It's better choice obviously against the rival Wigo except for price. It's more fuel efficient and yet most powerful in its segment. I hope Honda bring WR-V here in PH. It's a great review overall, very straightforward. For 800k price, buyers may opt to compact crossovers in the likes of MG ZS, GX3, Stonic and Raize.
May opt for those, yes. But also, some people really prefer hatchbacks over "SUVs." Personally, I prefer non-SUVs too :D

Only brio and chevy spark offers 4 cylinders which is way smoother than 3 cylinder. Wigo's advantage is only price and features but there is an ongoing scandal of rigged crashtest. But if i were to choose 3 cylinders i would go with Mitsubishi mirage slightly bigger engine than the wigo and celerio albeit older now it is good enough to be sold on the states.
well wigo will still win in sales which is what the manuf. taking advantage. crash test doesnt matter in filipino since most filipino are fixer based getting license, also they tend to overload it and the most common accident is in motorcycle. wigo still win.
