After 1.5 minutes I jumped into the Foxhole, head first 😄"the crowd jumping up, haha!" 🤣 The crowd does it to this day, it´s their choreography😉 This song will never leave me ´til the end of my life, I absolutely love it, and I love all the different versions that are out there. The whole concert this performance was part of was a banger in its own right, and it was in 2013(!)...
There are others who know the full story better than me but nobodies said anything so far. In a nutshell this is about a 15 year old girl who sneaks off to her first metal concert. Goes right up to the barrier and rocks out to the point of exhaustion (hence those droopy arms hanging down). Two neat things. This show took place the day after Su's 16th birthday. And because the girls were so young Mikiko- a highly esteemed Japanese choreographer came up with the now iconic side to side head bang motion. It was created as being safer for the young necks involved.
And to add: This was the night of the protagonist’s 15th birthday, which is a traditional “coming of age” birthday (now 20th in modern times, but many still celebrate 15th). Thus, she realizes that the exhilaration of this first time concert experience, and her childhood would soon vanish, she etches this memory in her heart forever.

Only fancam videos exist for those performances. The same thing happened in 2019 at the Legend M concert celebrating Moametal's 20th birthday (20 is (or was) the official age of majority in Japan). Moa once again took over lead vocals after Su handed her the mic and stand - and the lyrics were changed to "...this special night of my 20th...". Most recently in March this year at the Legend MM concerts celebrating Momometal's 21st birthday we got her version on the day before her 21st (she was not an official member the year before so she did it to mark the last day when she was still 20).

As you explained it very well, I don´t see anything to add. 😄 Western fans just put the names in front of "Banger" to identify the special birthday versions performed by Yuimetal, Moametal (2x), and lately Momometal. That´s it 😉 Maybe we could go into detail a little bit more... Yuimetal did it first, a few days after her 15th birthday (special night of her 15, so to speak) at the La Cigale, Paris, France, in 2014. There´s only fancam footage of that performance available. Moametal followed a few days later, at the Live Music Hall, Cologne, Germany (no usable footage I know of). Moametal did it once again for her 20th birthday celebration concert (Legend M) at Portmesse Nagoya (her birthplace), Japan, in 2019. Avenger for this performance was Kano Fujihira. Momometal followed that tradition, although her 20th birthday was missed, as she became a full member in April 2023, a month after her birthday. She did it at the last evening she was 20 years old (Legend MM, 20 Night 😉), and I believe she did it because fans were SO anxious to see IF it happens at all. They rotate so probably you won't see some of them in all live concerts (especially the guitarrists). They are: - Míkio Fujioka, god of guitar, a beloved member, sadly he passed away in 2018. THAT was some crowd participation...🤣 I know what you mean... but don´t underestimate their MV´s. The "Headbangerrrrr!!!!" MV is not at the top 3 of them, but it´s very well done! Some of the crowd choreography originated from this MV, obviously.
