Hi,Mark. I have two of these rods.both 10ft. I've had similar rods at double the price, but nothing comes close to the matchman rods. I fish for bream and tench, but I've been catching hard fighting carp from 7lb up to 19lb, in water that has a few snags. This rod for the money is unbelievable value, I don't know how Daiwa do it. It's the best rod I've had .I can't fault it. Great action, and balance. It's not let me down. 👍

Proper insight into bream feeding behaviour. Ivan Marks would be proud of you, Mark!
the bream in my local lake when hooked ALL jump out of the water when hooked like salmon lol it's mad !!
Flying bream normally shallower lakes 4ft or less they jump
Any idea what diameter quiver tips it takes as need to pick up some spare ones ??
Is it hard to get these types of rods in the United States?
What do you do with the maggots after fishing
Eat them - it's always a shame to see them go to waste.
