Beautiful! Go with shiplap for the fireplace. In the kitchen love the farmhouse sink, but I'd stay with brushed silver which goes better with grey and white. Just my opinion of course! Yes, go with barn door in bedroom!

And, yes, the hardware options were less than impressive (and way overpriced) lol! Same for light fixtures. We went with standard and upgraded those after building. I think the shiplap would be the way to go since it is keeping with the farmhouse style. Have you thought about doing the shiplap in a chevron pattern which would give the fireplace that modern touch that your home has? That would be a perfect marriage between the two styles. I would not go for the barn door or the shiplap fireplace... those are very trendy now, but I don't think they'll feel modern in a few years, I think you would regret it. The tile fireplace is much more timeless, and the bathroom doors I would either keep as they are or paint black. :) Nice house though.
