The only thing I would add is to use eye protection. Freak accidents happens in the shop a lot, and when you mess up your eye you can't ride or continue to do your craft... Always good to get a nice pair of safety glasses that you like and keep those on. Great video as always!!!
Great video Chuck, I have started watching all your content even when it's one I am well versed in as there is always little tips or tricks to pick up. Thanks
Thanks. My mechanic asked me, but removing the engine scares the living daylight out of me… especially insofar as putting it all together without deadly errors…
The cold is a big part of the reason. The pain to get out the pressure washer and then bring it into the basement or clear out the lines trumped the pain of working on a dirty bike. In a couple of months that won’t bd an issue anymore.
Hey Chuck, fellow Canuck here from Squamish BC. Thanks for all these videos, I learn alot from them. Cheers

I’ve got eye protection. It’s on the wall if you look close. 😉
@@ChuckfromTrueTech That's what the last tech said as he winked with his glass eye, haha. Great vid.

Great content! Can you make a video on what you do when you have an absolutely stuck swing arm pivot bolt?
Thank you so much!!
Be blessed! Psalms 1:1
More like this please
Chuck ,I know it's probably still cold outside but I'm surprised the machine didn't get a hose down before it came into the shop.

Does it take 20 minutes on a bike that’s 44 years old and things are caked up or rusted and seized?
Nice. 👍
Is putting it back on as simple as taking it off?
No. Reinstalling is much more challenging.
