- PLEASE KEEP IN MIND that I only have about 25 minutes to do a painting that takes weeks to accomplish. Due to this reason, I might not finish a painting. I hope my videos help you get a better understanding of how this Artist painted. Thanks 😊

@@artstudiopasadena can hardly wait
But didn’t Monet allow the layers to dry before applying another on top?
Absolutely. Monet did paint in layers. But since I only have about 25 minutes I do have to paint wet onto wet. However, Monet Pt 2 is my interpretation. Please watch Monet Pt 1. This video is more of how Monet painted. Thank you so much for watching this video. I greatly appreciate your feedback. 👋.
@@artstudiopasadena I will watch it thank you so much. May I ask you a question ? I currently enjoy painting landscape and still life. I am learning with landscapes whenever I try to paint realism it just doesn’t look good and on the flipside I do still life work, I prefer to be more realism . The still life turn out fantastic , but my landscapes just don’t have the same effect. so as of recently I have decided to take a more impressionistic approach on my landscapes while maintaining the realism in my still life work. what are your thoughts on my approach ? are there any things I should be aware of from your experience? I also plan on doing plein air painting for my landscapers as now I’m working with photograph. My still life work is with a shadowbox from life in my studio which I enjoy the most. Do you do any critiques ? may I send you a couple photos ? one of the landscape and one of still life to show you my dilemma with my landscape paintings? thank you.

Is there a cost to the lessons?
I don't want to commit to something I can't afford. Thank you.
