Still dont understand why they didnt just put all the vault weapons in the core game, i understand the stats/features that need to be put in but seriously, its not that hard to do and put in the 1942 maps to? Such weirds decisions taken in that company... Mix feelings for the next BF game but my expectations for a new BF, never been that low.

True. If even adding Portal weapons to 2042 is too much work .... people should'nt expect much from the next title😂🤦🏻♂️terrible.

1942 maps were in the 'exodus' conquest mode back when they first added portal maps to 64 player all out war, but people complained that the 1942 maps were too open, especially El Alamein. So they removed them both

I have a feeling that given the player count continues to go down after their announcement of balancing and fixing the map rotation, they see it would create even more AI leaning opponents the more they actually stick to changing the maps and the balancing, so they keep putting it off. They don't have a consistent player count to split them up more. I've been on 2042 since its launch through all the many changes, and I can't play that long anymore because after you placed in the same map for the third time, and still defending, it's time to do something else.
I'm glad you mentioned Lis' bug, I never had the chance to actually play with her due to this problem (PS5). At this point in time, I don't think DICE will bother fixing it anymore...

Theres a visual bug on one of the MCS-880 skin, its an urban skin that has a shell rack on the left side of the gun, on the icon image it appears but once equipped it disappeared. I dont know if it happened after the new update or if it was bugged before because when I used it months ago it worked fine

Australian player here. I’ve never been able to play a round of Hazard Zone due to the minimum player requirements.
They need to drop that requirement and let me play with AI at least. There’s so many unlocks I simply can’t get because I can’t even enter the mode.
Oh yes. Haven’t thought about HZ. They also need to find a solution for this.
It’s crazy how much more Dice and EA still owe all of you. Y’all didn’t quit on them and look how they treat you. I can tell you really love this franchise and what it stands for. Sad reality is that until EA gets some crazy hit to their money, they will continue to care less and less about the things many before them passionately built.
At certain hours its hard to find a match without the server taking forever to fill, searching for players , and am connected to US servers. Hope they do actually add a server browser or a fix for this
Riiight. That's the problem I'm having now with the new event. Trying to play Frontline and it's like 3 people in the lobby and need 12 to start smh.
They should simply lower the player count to start a match. Just start it with 1 player and fill up with bots. I don’t think there’s any other way for some regions.
I literally have zero issues getting a match of Frontline.. starts immediately everyday

@@TheCadWoman i don't understand why some modes in portal will just fill with bots until players are added... just do this for every mode if they cant get enough players... i put this game down a while ago since playing on console with crossplay off is impossible unless u wait for certain portal modes to rotate back, i have no faith in the next game
They still haven't fixed a bug with the ak5c where your ammo count gets bugged when switching ammo types
I've not played since season 5 after they messed up the aiming for controller on PC. I was right in the middle of getting tier 1 on all of my weapons, getting 100+ kills a match, then after that update, I could hardly get 5 kills because No matter what I did, I couldn't aim my gun, it would just aim into the ground. Then they FINALLY fixed it for season 7. Even after writing them, seeing dozens of videos with the same issue, it took them nearly a year to fix it. I finally jumped back on start seeing that it was fixed and I got 96 kills my first game back. I'm not certain that I'm invest my time again Like I did for the first 4 seasons, but I'm happy that PC controller players can finally play again.
Battlefield 2 sniper rifles never had any scope glint. why they have it in the last couple of BF games is really ridiculous

Because video game players have gotten soft as baby shit. Vehicles waxed infantry in BF2/BC2/BF3 but there was no forum to cry to. Back in the 90s there were literally games that i never finished because they were too hard but there wasn't a place to stomp my feet.

Dice literally had enough time before season 7 add more portal guns, attachments, gadgets, and some vehicles, I’m disappointed we won’t get more portal stuff in aow anymore
I am saddened to see the potential of 2042 end. I felt like they experimented with many cool ideas in BFV that we never saw carried over, even though they could have fit in so well. Squad Call-Ins, vehicles with more supportive roles, and Unquie power-like weapons. The momentum was good after the Christmas holiday video. It implied EA was behind DICE, letting them do more since active player numbers had gotten so high. I also didn't mind the idea of 1 new map per season and 1 Close Quarter map from a revised but more fleshed-out version of legacy maps. I just didn't like the way they advertised it.
Again, I'm worried about the future of BF. With Ridgeline gone, reports of roadblocks to getting anything done internally, and famous RUclipsrs are saying they want to return to 64 players vs. going head to head with games doing more maps/features/numbers like Battlebit, Squad, Hell Let Loose, etc... gives me concern. I liked the past Battlefield games a lot, but they also felt like they never hit their true god-tier level of potential that they almost all had at some point. It's a bummer. I'll keep playing them till someone does it better though. Lots of decent Battlefield competitors on the Horizon.

If they’re done working on the game, I’m done playing. I haven’t even unlocked the new weapons and kind of don’t care since I used saved coins from the last few battle passes. Really enjoyed bf5 even with all its flaws.

I don't think they have any other choice but to fill all empty slots with AI on all game modes after support for the game finishes. In Australia we had a very tough time to find a match when 2042 was running at its least popular times, you had to use a VPN to jump regions.
Another tip if ur friends are offline again... Make sure you both are in discord or a chat (NOT ON EA).
1 Block your friend,
2 Unblock him
3 Add him new to your friends list..

6:49 It‘s because of the tickrate on coop servers, try to use an elevator on coop mode, you‘ll see some funny things. Also all animations are bugged and are not synced.

I'm starting to believe that it is not dev team sniffing glue at the studio's basement, so we receive such bugs every update. It is their fucking Frostbyte engine, just a mess to work with. Plus as some youtuber found reviews from ex developers - their management is completely fucked up and shuts down lots of good BF game development decisions.

I know Portal has been stuck in a vicious cycle of no updates = no players for a while but it's really disappointing that Haven hasn't been added to Portal (maybe with the Stadium update?). Not to mention the many base maps that are missing from Custom Conquest or are cut down versions of the originals.
If they don’t leave this game with a server browser it will have no afterlife, unlike all other BF games

If you ever get tired of BF2042 and other multi games; give Death Stranding a go. Id like to watch you play it or make videos on it.
I was hoping they would mess around with the two BF2 Portal maps. Battle of the Bulge and the desert one(forgot name). They need a bit of polish but still has to be easier than making a totally new map….. and they’re both big enough for sure.
El Alamein is the other one you mean. Not sure if it’s too big or too open for All-Out War. But they should at least at Battle of the Bulge. Nothing wrong with that map.
@@TheCadWoman Battle of the Bulge is super fun. Especially in the town. Ive probably only played it 10 times in 1500 hrs though lol

Das ist der Legendary Skin aus dem Atacama Desert bundle. Dadurch verändert sich das Fusion Holo und hat dann diesen Bügel.

Which ones? The ones for the maps and weapons, yes. The ones from the battle pass not.

Do players care about weapon charms?
Haven is poorly optimized, I lag so bad on the map.
i have issue, if somebody could give some advice what causes it itll be appriciated... situation: so i was playing with my bros, the party invite didnt work, so we clicked at same time on the gamemode (conquest 64). one bro was on enemy team. so the problem: i had dozer with shield, bro jumped around the corner and started to shooting at me as i was positioning directly at him, so the shield was in the way, that what i saw and saved clip proved this, but bro just killed me. he then told me on his screen i was still looking the same direction and i dint move, so he killed me from the side, ez... i have fast pc, fast internet, no lags, everything running smooth on my side... and i also have tis issue with many random people (gettin killed trough the dozer shield, gettin hit like full second after i run behind inpenetrable wall/cover etc)... anyone know what can cause this? its very frustrating and making me rage,... also its not skill issue, i save all sus clips and watch them after to see what i did wrong or what the hell even happend. pls help
I had the same issues with Dozers shield on Wednesday. Maybe they broke something with the update.
Hit reg and net code has been suffering since 7.0. I'm having a lot of bullets not registering again both for and against.
The programming of AOW is so messed up they can't figure out a way to make it rotate maps. Its weird that Frontlines has a functional static server and map rotation but AOW can't be figured out. DONT BE SAD!

Please don't stop harping on the abhorrent matchmaking! I don't even try to play breakthrough anymore, because I'm almost always a defender. I played the other night, stayed in the playlist for 5 straight games without leaving, and never got switched to the other side. Just put into a new game as defender every time.
