Eris is definitely the best part of the movie. She’s a chaotic queen and we love it plus she’s voiced by Michelle Pfeiffer the iconic catwoman and the best one. She’s animated so unique specifically the hair and can you imagine the ppl who can to continuously animated the movement of her hair like those ppl need a raise each frame is like hours of work.

Proteus was done dirty, and Eris nailed the assignment. Her and the sirens were the only obstacles I enjoyed, though.
They really went all out with the character designs, one of the pivotal “Am I bi?” Moments in my life
4:20 Yeah but that's the thing. She said "Steal the book for ransom and you'll be rich enough....." and then "steal the book for me and you can buy.....". What she said to him implied she'd give him money if he stole it for her, but she didn't actually say that he'd be rich of he stole it for her. If he could "buy the beach, and the island and the world" it means that he'd either be rich enough to buy it all, or that by the time she was finished with the world it would be in such a bad state that ANYONE could buy it for loose change.

It's funny you should mention "Spot" as a classic doggo name, that's basically what Hades' dog Cerebus translates to; Spot XDDD OLD AS THE GODS THEMSELVES!

Proteus is lovely :) And Eris is amazing :) Michelle Pfeiffer really had fun with doing her voice. I think Brad Pitt had fun with Sinbad as well :)

The Lost Pirate Kingdom (docudrama series about the pirate republic of Nassau - possibly the first republic since Rome, definitely one before France and America - bit repetitive in parts so if you do it day-by-day or week-by-week it'll be better, but there's a lot of good stuff about the politics of the time and how there was really very little difference between what the pirates did and what the British navy did).

However, this movie made me realize polygamy could totally be a thing. Like why can't the main three just get together? Then again I'm ace aro so monogamy is lost on me anyway because I just want a few friends to spend all my time with. But some people are monogamous and not meant to thrive in a polycule.

Idk if you like musicals at all but have you ever seen Newsies? They have the 1992 movie and the 2011 Broadway musical. Both are good. The 1992 movie has A young Christian Bale in it if you like him.
I almost forgot Sinbad existed. I remember liking it a lot, it kinda gave off similar vibes as Treasure Planet. And now watching this reaction video, kinda gives off Pirates of the Caribbean vibes too.

Man I loved this movie as a kid. I actually eventually grew up hating pirates in favor of anime, but now i actually really like pirates.
This was also my first pirate movie and my first brad pitt movie.
