I am a 69 year old head banger from the 70s and Sierra is a breath of fresh air. Her persona changes per performance, she reinvents herself over and over. I was captivated by her voice, then her writing and then her picking. Far Out.
@@mee8690 Oh yeah. She is definitely my favorite singer these days. I'd like to hear her cover some Patsy, and Loretta. She did cover Kitty Wells, "Honky tonk angels." Sierra is the best. I'll be seeing her in April at the Boulder Theater, and at the Ogden in Denver the next night.
During the jam I like how he looks at the bass player basically asking if he wants a solo run, bass guy says no and then he looks to the steel guitar. You can hear Sierra's voice above all, she is absolutely amazing, I love her!
This shit is so good it makes me cry!!! The pure joy of these performances is truly a huge gift to the world. And of course, the extra special magic of Sierra Ferrell puts it over the edge. So grateful for this collaboration!!!
Fuuuuuuugggggghhhhhh When i comment the rest I dont mean anuthing negative on Yonder Mountain. But I first saw the smokeys open up for Yonder and they made that show for me. This is just a fierce performance.
Keep Justin Townes Earle's music alive. He really revived the Americana scene in my opinion

@@mee8690 Ever hear Sierra with Josh Thomas "My mother the mountain?"
Everyone's singing and playing is tops. That may be the sweetest jam I've ever heard.
