Other than starting weapons, the starting class really doesn’t matter much. You level up pretty quickly at the beginning and you can change your stats as needed. Just pick a weapon (even if it’s not a starter) and build around it.
My starting class was the Soldier with the Leda Halberd hands down. Completing NG+ was no problem. This weapon has a awesome counter and a quick heavy attack afterwards. I maxed it on level 9 invested in Power, Agility and Vigor at 21. Completed NG+ at level 85. With a charged attack you can finish an enemy with 2 hits.

Hey bud, good job with the breakdown. The only thing is that the alchemist will not have low armor if you put points in it’s main two, it will have high armor. Engineering increases armor by 20 with every point put in.

Indeed! But to be fair, all classes do, by equipping the appropriate modules and upgrading the affinity of the weapons to fit to your attributes and build.

Actually it is pointless to explain how each class plays as the vary just with the 5 starting attributes and a starting weapon of choice. You can easily develop any class into the desired one.

good vid. but I think the classes have way too much overlap. Every class seems to have High elemental reactions and all are dps class (what ever that even means in this context if every class is that.) and much more
This game would look so much better if they fixed the walking. She looks like shes running on ice. Maybe its missing some animation frames while it walks.
Her movements are awkward but I think it’s intentional. They are supposed to be “robotic” and not necessarily human. Like the way she heals, her arm bends backwards unnaturally and uses the oil in her back. I will add the walk motion does get better as her agility increased. Especially during fighting you’re moving around so quickly you can’t even notice.
