I ordered the Wild West book after seeing this video, it came in and I read it over thr weekend and then quickly ordered the other two American history books he wrote. These books are sooooo good!

We studied it for most of the year. It took us about two terms.
Thank you for this list! Do you have a physical timeline you recommend to hang in your home?
We actually use a century chart (it’s a 10x10 table) and book of centuries since we don’t have a wall large enough to fit a timeline. There are PDFs for these in my curriculum guides!
I print the century chart on a blueprint (24x36 size) paper from Office Depot so it’s large enough to use
How long did y'all focus on the westward expansion? The entire school year?
