- Here's an easy version of Singapore Noodles made using chicken and bacon instead of having to hunt down Chinese BBQ Pork and peel fresh prawns. Same sauce, just as delicious, but you can make this tonight!

I’m singaporean and I don’t understand what singaporean noodles is! It’s interesting to see foreign interpretations of our local food ❤️ I often see these “Singaporean noodles” in restaurants overseas but never tried them

My hometown has a Chinese place with Singapore noodle it’s sooooo gooooooood this looks amazing as well never saw it with spinach before but I bet it’s just as drooly

I tried this and honestly there was something missing in there. Then checked out your original Singapore noodles with char sui and shrimps and noticed there’s fresh ginger missing. I’ll add that next time and hopefully it’ll hit the spot like your original Singapore recipe did.

This looks do good, but is it very spicy?
Use a mild curry powder if you don't like spicy.
youre not really missing out if you cant tolerate spice, just cut it out from the recipe if you want to

What other noodles can you sub?
I've had it made with thin yellow egg noodles. Like Chinese takeaway uses.
Angle hair pasta but I have also done this with big fat noodles:) You can use whatever and it will work!
Nagi! You need to get a cast iron skillet! Ditch the non-stick!
Also I have a hack for the top of the capsicum. Slice through the top of the stem and it just pops right out.
