This looks so easy & delicious. I love... your videos. This truly is something even my 15yr old could easily make. He loves to cook. Thank you again, my dear, for your yummy share 😋😉🫶.
I'm Asian. 100%. The closest authentic asian supermarket for me is 1 hour away. After all these years I got tired of driving to the market when I have 4 major American supermarkets in my town. I made stir fry out of spaghetti noodles and honestly I wish I have done this sooner! So if you don't have these Asian noodles just use spaghetti or fettuccine noodles! Make sure you have oyster sauce and soy sauce too!
i make this all the time and it’s AMAZING and takes less than 15 minutes! i use some chicken bouillon powder instead of brown sugar but everything else is exactly the same ^^ makes me feel like a chef now
I would add the garlic first with the oil to flavor the oil. Don't worry about burning it since you're adding other items with water to stop the frying/browning of the garlic - noodles, carrots and specially cabbage that's mostly water. The garlic won't burn.
This looks amazing!! Especially with Lent coming up, a nice veggie udon noodle stir fry will be amazing on Fridays, or any other day in general 😍 it looks super easy and delicious!
Try adding water or wine with garlic it helps to keeping from burning plus reducing the heat and cooking the garlic longer and a rougher chop on the garlic
Well done you give us best examples. Sometimes I get them in my hand & don't know what to do. Stir fry is far away from my culture. We ( Turkish & Greeks only eat one dish at a time. Like Mezze or tapas style. My parents if alive , never accept to mix the vegies ever together with a carb never. but I love. Practical & quick and get all the nutrious in one go.. Also most in that region won't taste noodles . Its may be last 10 years we met with Asian chefs & love their food but only young people went home and tried this lovely food. Second handycup with Asian food is too salty. Middle age people can't coop with that much food. But I love & thank to you. 🍜❤
While we have a historic Chinatown that is Asian diverse here in Philadelphia, I am encouraged to use what I have on hand. Totally enjoying my sweet potato noodle dish, heavy with vegetables and very old pork from my freezer. I emptied dregs from maple syrup bottle to round out flavor. Toasted almonds for crunch. Best Asian dish I’ve had in years! Very fast.
I love how you explain what each of the ingredients you're adding bring to the dish. It looks amazing! I always have leftover veggies and was looking for a new way to use them.
Every other asian channel i follow when someone asks, they say usual frozen or fresh and they also have the shelf stable ones at World Market and some grocery stores… I think the fresh or frozen have that “chew” or bite factor that people love about udon noodles… Do you live anywhere near an H-Mart? Korean grocery stores… they have tons of noodles…
Order my new cookbook Healthy My Way sites.prh.com/healthy-my-way
Niceee👍 I click on it!
Do you make your own udon?
I ordered your book from Amazon.
I can't wait!
So, that's how you do it?! Guess I'll do that next. I just need to find & buy the udon noodles
Sugar in food???

I do the same with the noodle. Isn't it great that we can improvise so close to original and have her delicious recipes.!!!❤❤❤❤❤.🧑🦳🌴😍💯
@@JoanFaris ❤️
Boil the noodles with baking soda and it's more like ramen and that works really nicely
I do the same too works a treat but i always cook mine aldente i dont like them super soft
I buy udon, lo mein, and other Asian noodles at Walmart. Idk if they have it at any Walmarts near you, but it's worth checking out! :)
The way he speaks is very calm and very polite to listen to, always successful, sis ❤
Tip! Instead of boiling frozen udon, just soak in warm water for a few seconds until separating and then stir fry :)
Thanks!
Frozen udon are better. The packaged ones taste off.
@@FreshDougan I agree! They are way bouncier, especially when cooked just right!
@@bambigold no problem! Over boiling udon just becomes soggy after a while, and no one likes soggy noodles! Ahaha
Where do u find the them?
i make this all the time and it’s AMAZING and takes less than 15 minutes! i use some chicken bouillon powder instead of brown sugar but everything else is exactly the same ^^ makes me feel like a chef now
What proportions do you use for everything?
That looks wonderful. Better than restaurants.

This is a great idea but for me I like that punch of almost raw garlic, you know😅😅😅❤❤, but a great tip😊
i thought this too, i had no idea garlic could be added at the end
@@tanayshah6112 if you add garlic at the end the flavor is harsher and more pungent
This looks amazing!! Especially with Lent coming up, a nice veggie udon noodle stir fry will be amazing on Fridays, or any other day in general 😍 it looks super easy and delicious!
