dizzy has been a fan favourite in the guilty gear series and i'm calling that she will be the first added to season 4 of guilty gear strive using the power of logic and gaming or im wrong and dumb and its gonna be a new character or someone else but im betting its dizzy also free to play strive inbound im calling it!!

For the Dizzy i think she would close season 4 as fourth character. Gonna go with the bang.
Edit: as for Elphelt i think her bringing more players is more on her being revealed on TGA, amidst a flock of new, untouched by FGC crowd, compared to people on EVO who already made their mind.

Can't ignore the anime coming out around the time of the new season as well as the lack of new characters. All signs point to a character from the anime getting in as the first character of season 4. We know from elpelt that hot Ladies are better for bringing players back to the game once the playercount has taken a dip. There's already enough going on that will bring a lot of people back, so they probably wouldn't waste dizzy's release there.

Ngl it would be dope. After all we got That Man as a playable character after 20 years so it would only be right to have her become part of the roster too.
With Season 3 being stacked of highly voted characters, it would only make sense for it to be Dizzy since her votes were equal, or slightly below, everyone in S3.
I think it’s gonna be the new character from the anime coming out. Anime Expo is from the 4th-7th and Evo is from the 19th-21st. We might get a teaser at Anime Expo and then at Evo a trailer for the character. Or I’m an idiot and we get Dizzy at Evo
I was thinking that too but id expect the anime character would come out post anime release imo so depending on when they release the anime id expect later in season or next one
Counterpoint: the subtitle for the anime is dual rulers and it's most likely referring to dizzy and ky.
Even if the season ends up having two new characters based on the anime, dizzy would still tie into that

They've stated they considered adding A.B.A since Strive started, and worked on her before the poll showed people wanted her- so that was more of a coincidence 🤔
I dunno if I expect Dizzy soonish, they've been teasing her, but she was infamously the hardest characters to design for Xrd (but they have been cooking on the game for a while)

In strive there's no character that really fits me, but when I look older games, Dizzy jus seems the most perfect movelist for me.

As someone who thinks Dizzy absolutely has to be the next character considering she already has a model, is #1 most wanted outside one country, and I’m def not biased for her, I think the evidence is so overwhelming that we’re all coping and Dizzy ain’t coming ✊😔 Dizzy is either first or last which could also depend on the other 2 male characters and when they release.
I bet all on Jam for first of season 4, and on december Dizzy will be out. Why I say that? Because happened to Elphelt (born in 25th December) why wouldn't happen also to Dizzy? So we will have another Christmas reference in her theme.
