Good vid... Didn't realize there was a gauge for feed lips. Since Okay Ind doesn't do mags any more, I'll just use Brownells as my mags wear out. Thank you for posting.
Oh wow, I did not know that bending tool was so affordable. I'm cheap so I would probably just use calipers instead of the gauge itself lol. Always surprised how long these keep running in the services.
Just a small comment. After bending, the strength of the metal will increase due to work hardening, and the feed lips will become harder to bend. The only caveat to that will be if a crack begins to form.
@@stefanmolnapor910 no sir. I am not sponsored or paid by Brownells in any way. I'm pretty confident nobody there has even heard of this channel. 😃 Brownells gets a lot of business/money from me because they are a great source for Colt AR items and gunsmith/armorer tools. Specialized tools such as those shown in this video are not available from any other sources that I know of. I'm always open to doing business with other companies.
Nice vid. Didn’t know these tools exist
Thank you sir. My purpose is exactly this, help people learn about what is available before they spend money.

RRA has some new old stock NHMTG mags for a pretty good price. Okay made them!
@@DogeMcLovin Thank you for the info.
Neat tools from Brownells.
GI mag is the OG, but I prefer using P-Mags to keep the magwell scratch free 🤣
I use PMAGS 75% of the time. I have some milspec aluminum magazines, and I use magazines from C-Products Defense/Dura Mag.
Nice Tools Too Have To Verify 😀 Some Times Even New Magazine’s Can Be Out of Spec
You are correct sir.

Can I rent that gauge from you? Seriously. I'd give you full price, once I return it you refund me all but, say, $10?
Are you BOP?
What is BOP? I have no idea what that acronym is.
