    I have recently bought hp victus 16-r0006nt. I only have windows 10, but drivers aren't supported for anything other than windows 11. What can I do?

    I went to HP's website to update my BIOS. When I was asked for what operating system I was running on my PC, I saw that only Windows 7, windows XP, and something else were listed. I was running none of those operating systems as I upgraded in 2019 from Win 7 to 10.
    Should I still update the BIOS with the one meant for windows 7?

    I have no drivers available for a new laser jet HP printer, the HP tool I downloaded doesn’t help, actually nothing helps, I’ve tried everything, installed and removed so many times, everything is updated, printer works using android phone, but not using 3 yes 3 HP laptops! HP support didn’t help at all. Shall I just chuck it in landfill ?

    I installed Windows 11 on my HP-da2001ne Notebook. I wonder if this is not recommended as you don't have support for that OS on the device's page.

    I wish I could find on the HP site *IF* they have drivers for what I want to do.. retrograde from windows 10 to windows 7 on a machine that came with windows 10.

      +Healthy Disrespect for Authority HP does not recommend upgrading or downgrading hardware parts or software that is bundled with the product as It may affect the manufacturer's warranty and performance, however, you could change the configuration at your own discretion.

      @@HPSupport sure sure.. they also don't recommend other than HP ink for their printers.. but ya know... also.. there's is no warranty and performance could not be much worse. I spend more time waiting for something to respond than actually working with that hideous OS. Windows 10 may very well be my final straw before going to Linux.. whoa.. I just re read that statement.. HP doesn't recommend upgrading windows 10.. so don't go from 1903 to 1909 build.. sounds solid.

    Hi HP. Long-term customer here. Love your products. My problem is: my HP Probook 440 G4 is old and running windows 10 horribly slow. I install windows 7 clean and things got complicated. I dont have back up drivers. Usb, ethernet, wifi none working. Cant reinstall windows 10. Pls help me

    This assumes you're operating a Windows PC. The last driver update you offered for macOS was 10.9 - Mavericks, which was released *_ten years ago_* in 2013.
    Struggling to work out how that is meant to be helpful.
    Perfectly decent printer, and I'm not unable to use it? So much for sustainability...

    Unfortunately HP stopped recognizing HP 250 G7 recently. It failed to automatically detect my laptop. Then when I signed in with my HP account, it shows my laptop model but when clicked "Check for new drivers" it says "We were unable to find drivers for your product."

    My laptop is almost a decade old. and the screen won't turn on when the laptop is powered on and i get 2 flashes on the Caps lock key. I think this suggests it's a Bios issue. I wanted to download the bios drivers to a usb on another pc and update it but your drivers are not available for my laptop.
    The serial no. has peeled off but i'm pretty certain the laptop is an HP Pavilion 15-n276sa. What am I supposed to do?

    Is there a way to install the correct drivers offline without having to reinstall Windows?

    Hello HP I have HP 15t model laptop in which the microphone driver is not working properly. The audio is fine but the array of the microphone is not proper and not giving proper output. When using Microsoft generic driver it is working fine. But when using specific realtek it is not working. Please help me to solve this problem and please reply Thank you.

    Is it safe to download drivers from another manufacturer, like intel? I go into device manager to update my drivers, but they’re all updated. But when i launch a game, it says there are known issues with the driver, following it with a link to intels drivers prompting you to download the latest drivers. But my manufacturer is HP, so when i check HP’s drivers, my OS isn’t supported with any newer drivers.

    Sir i need help , I'm in trouble ... So basically i bought hp omen 16 i7 14th gen RTX 4060 which had windows 11 pre installed but i wasn't comfortable in using windows 11 so i installed windows 10 today ... But after installing windows 10 most of my drivers are missing and when i go to hp official website and enter my laptop's serial number , then I'm not getting windows 10 option as an operating system...       I have already tried doing updates ( the optional ones as well ) but still I'm having issues btw the serial no. Of my laptop is - CND410197Q but the issue is windows 10 isn't mentioned in the given operating systems , so could you please give me the windows 10 latest bios link 🙂 ...     The Wi-Fi drivers solved my adapter issues from the HP site but. I have ProBook 640 G1 Notebook PC which requires 32-bit drivers, not 64-bit (which is what I put on in the meantime, giving me a few glitches).
    Now I'm trying to look for decent or secure websites that may have the drivers I need, Would you happen to know any clues or sites?

    Hello , I have a HP LAPTOP-0048M77A. i wanted to install the latest HP drivers but the list of OS version does not have Windows 11 23H2 i am 64 bit . But the options are Windows 11/ Windows 11 version 22h2 (64 bit) may ik which one do i need to select or 23h2 is just not supported.

    There are 15-20 files shown to download & install in hp drivers list but all fails to install whats the problem, files are like (hp omen oackage, Bluetooth , wifi update..)

    I use the HP update asssiant to upadte my bios for my HP P7-1220 and then it says itwas successfullu updated and I restarted my computer and it just beep beep beep andthen got black screen and wont boot now and i have a few fvdeios on me updating my BIOS and now it wont work? i got upgraded the hard drive toi a ssd and windows 10 what do i do i tried to take the comost batery or for a few minutes and putting a new cmos CR3032 battery in and moving the clear comos jumpoer to the clear 2 3 pins and it still get black screen and power light is off now

      @@HPSupport Actually the problem is there was updates of windows 11 pending for me more than a year and last October I updated it from update option in my laptop,make no mistake I didn't update it via any other websites. But from then on my Bluetooth connection became unstable,my bluetooth option keep disappearing from shortcuts even from the system. So ran troubleshoot regularly and if luck goes well after restarting laptop it becomes workable. In this time I also got so many updates and I updated all.Still it was same as before. Then oneday I get a message from the troubleshoot that I need to update the driver from HP's website to make the bluetooth option stable again. So I searched for it and I found that for my device there's no windows 11 bluetooth driver's update,then I complained here. Currently after getting a update from windows again for this now when I connect the bluetooth to my Anker r50i tws it shows that it's connected still the sounds come from laptop not from my tws. The laptop still often don't show the bluetooth option moreover when by luck's sake it becomes available I can't use my tws or any bluetooth tws for hearing. What should I do now?

      I have HPSA active on my 2 HP laptops I have, but currently on my 450G6, HPSA is saying it has 2 updates for devices I do not have on the Laptop. So HPSA is not interrogating the laptop correctly & I was hoping an online interrogation would improve that situation.

HP Asistant и официальные сайты писали что для данного устройства нет драйвера так как оно устарело...... Тот кто разрабатывал программу проверки совместимости и все ему подобнцые, если нет поддержки основной части ноутбука, если пари проверке программа написала о том что проблем при переходе и тд не возникнет , идите работать в то место где ваши способности соответствуют должности

    All G9 drivers are windows 11 only. Shame.

      Please perform updates via HP Support Assistant as mentioned below to fix this issue: HP Support Assistant Updates - 1) In the search box, type and open HP Support Assistant. 2) Check for updates. 3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

      The drivers for this notebook is only available for Windows 11.

    they delete drivers for computers that are more than 7 or 8 years old. dell still has drivers for computers they made in the 90s..hp sucks

    lmao go to the community to ask questions or provide your own tips.. thats the only support you're gonna get. there is no support on hp sites just talk to other hp owners who dealt with the same bs and hope you get a reply. never again hp never again.
    i took good care of this laptop but the case just fell apart from a cheap plastic and parts. the hinges that the screen is on that allows it to open and close broke on one side then eventually the other not long after resulting in a screen that cant stand open without falling forward or backwards and a lifted to case. i tried to get ahold of hp about the warranty which the only thing that horrid useless hp site could direct me for hp support was community everything else ran me in circles...never again hp owes me a fix

      @@HPSupport that ship has sailed a long time ago its over with. i tried to get the number to call support but got the run around. it broke like i described right near the end of the warranty so i was getting pop ups saying renew. i tried to contact you to see if the warranty cover this kind of damage to which i got no answers so i said screw it and then it expired a week or so after. it was a nightmare to deal with

      @@HPSupport sorry went to an outside vendor who fixed the problem in less than w hrs. You do not have to do anything. And this will be the last hp product I ever buy.

Your company is loosing market share due to mismanagement of issues like this. That means there will be a growing deficit which means you and your peers will be redundant. The Rubicon has been crossed. It is only a matter of time until the massive economic downturn goes global. Good luck
