Thank you so much for sharing this. I’ve struggled my whole life with anxiety and I’ve been at my lowest point for seemingly the last 4 or so years. I have nobody I can really open up to without burdening them so videos like this really help me feel just a little less alone. I wish there wasn’t so much stigma around it
I’m in the same boat. I have adhd /cptsd and currently homeless. I left an abusive marriage. I have no family or friends or anyone to turn too. My will to live is gone

I really hate when people say that it gets better. I have over 20 years of struggle to show that it does not get better.
It is so sad, that people with suicidal thougts, also should be afraid of getting locked up.

Loved her message, gosh was crying through this whole video. Life is definitely challenging it's a storm the different waves make me feel out of control & uneasy.
One of the first videos on this topic I can properly relate to. It made my stomach sink. I know exactly what she means when she talks about using high achievement to cope with issues. I was like this, and then I lost it when I effectively had a breakdown and couldn't participate in school. It was like a double whammy because like her I didn't know who I was without that, and I hated myself. I still don't like myself very much but have made some progress.
Even when you talk about it, people don't care. Sure, call a hotline but as soon as you hang up the problem remains. Try to let family and friends know you are feeling this way but they don't listen. You are your own help. Of course you can Pay some to listen to you for 45 mins. Okay hang onto that thought til next week. This world is only getting worse
That's how I'm feeling now this place will be better off without me noone loves me noone understand talking isn't enough it's still a hard fight alone

I've anxiety issues since my teen years and now it becoming worst becoz my parents passed away and now I'm alone in my life and everyday I having suicidal thoughts, I'm living a pathetic life. But I'm still fighting with it. I wish same for u, fight with it for your family.

I am in the same boat
I’m struggling now with severe depression because of intrusive thoughts and ocd, depression. I’m scared. Not sleeping or eating well and I feel agitated. Having dark thoughts about dying

I've been struggling with depression and addiction since I was 16 and suicidal ideation since 24, due to a variety of mental and physical health issues (one of which stemmed from being blindsided and maimed for life) and resultant poverty. I am 28 now.
I think about suicide more times than I can count, every single day of the week. It's an endless pit. Not only am I facing bad circumstances, but my Father contemplated annihilating himself from adolescense into his contemporary life, as did his Father before him.
I'm fairly sure that I'll die by my own hand, the question is how much good I can do before that seemingly inevitable event occurs.
I pray that you can find peace and someone to talk to help you. Your life is worth living!

There are upsides to my situation; I used to fear death, but I now feel that when it comes it will be a welcome release to embrace- some lives are worse than death.
I experience life to a depth I never knew before, even though that depth is mostly painful.
I've talked my issues through in an interminable loop, but words won't heal a broken physical shell- they sure didn't for my Mother suffering with diabetes and heart disease.
I concluded some time ago that I'm in my final years- there's nothing I can do to ease the pain anymore.
I just want to make the world a better place before I end the misery. Although I despise the majority of my existence, I am still functional enough for now, and knowing that I've made a positive impace in people's lives will make it that much easier to go to my grave without remorse.
Thanks for reading, and for your channel - I think it's a great concept, and a boon to the mentally ill. I appreciate that.
28 is too young t! You never know what is around the corner. Loving yourself, loving others, feeling love or loving a higher being are all reasons to get up every day and keep breathing...keep going. Please don't give up.

It's so amazing when one finally finds joy in achieving something that’s so important to human, which is a sound good health, because there’s nothing more beautiful than having a good health been free from disease and infections. Somebody please help me or rather talk to me,i don't know who to tell all this because atimes am so ashamed,i pray each day i hope God will deliver me one day coz am abeliever,,i just need to know if anxiety can be the cause of all this suicidal thoughts and ideas,i have a baby 1yr old girl sometimes,,i get this thought that what if i kill myself and my daughter,,God i really love my daughter and myself i would never want to hurt us i want us to live together forever,i just need to be sure there are people experiencing all this or it's only me

I will start again or find some other inspiration, because that seems to be how life works. I hope, I get lost, I find my way, then the path disappears again, and I just have to keep looking. Success and happiness come in small pieces, surrounded by struggle and plenty of failure. Accepting that and moving forward may get me to a good place again… I hope…❤️
