- Top of Binion's steakhouse is outstanding and is located... wait for it... on top of Binion's Hotel directly on the Fremont Street experience in downtown Las Vegas. It is absolutely a top-flight steakhouse, but without some of the top-flight prices charged by the excellent restaurants on the Strip. In this video, Bill walks you through the restaurant to give you a sense of the space. At Dine Drink Vegas we never make you watch us eat, so after that we show you still photos of the food and drinks and talk about what the experience was like. Do they still offer the discount if you stop by the cage downstairs and sign up for the slots program?
That will vary, but it is certainly worth stopping by and checking.
An old fashioned with vodka?
The meat guy in the kitchen salted your steak before he cooked it.
Dress code?
Relaxed. I wouldn't wear a tshirt, and I probably wouldn't feel comfortable in shorts. However, a nice pair of slacks, or even jeans, with a polo shirt would be fine for gentlemen. I will have to ask my wife what the equivalent is for ladies, but that's about the level. You can certainly wear a tie, but wearing either shorts or a full suit would make you stand out.
