In Tomb Raider III: Adventures of Lara Croft, Lara Croft is on a journey to gather the four pieces of meteorite located across the world. To find these pieces, Lara must explore varied settings ranging from enigmatic ruins to Antarctica. There is a heavy emphasis on puzzle solving, leading the game to more closely resemble the original Tomb Raider ( tasvideos.org/1916G ) than the more action oriented Tomb Raider II. New to this game is a sprint ability and a stamina meter that allows Lara to run faster and perform new moves.
Join Troye ( tasvideos.org/Users/Profile/T... ) as they jumps, shoots, flips and solves the puzzles that await them in their journey.
The final in-game time screen is bugged and fails to take into account the London level. 50:08 is the proper ingame time when calculated manually.

We played on a TV from the 80's with an RFU adapter. Fun times in dark places.
I am very amazed to see this fun speedrun here!! And I love the fact it's so bright like the early builds of Tomb Raider 3!!! 😃😃😃

a glitch which is PSX excluded, the first 2 levels of South Pacific are skipped. But the theories behind i don't know. Ask Woops
@@hugestumble5352 I think, I know by now. It's a bug in the first PSX version. When choosing Nevada the game won't create a save at the beginning of Nevada Desert but at the beginning of Madubu Gorge. Thus, if you choose Nevada, then play to High Security Compound, you can load Madubu Gorge and later return to Nevada by loading High Security Compound again.

i don't understand why did he made a loading in the desert prision and then after the this boss 22:50
I know this was 2 months ago, but anyway: This is a kind of a wrong warp, you can investigate yourself by pausing the video on the load screens, where you obviously see that level names don't match. This allows skipping almost entire pacific section. When he loads, he chooses the Nevada Desert, but the game warps unintentionally to pacific (forgot the level name) and then back to HS compound. The explanation is quite technical, but there exist some that would do better job than whatever i could post. If you want to investigate yourself, RUclips allows to skip single frames by using > and < when paused, if you didn't know ^.^

but it's great it's missing more than the second Tomb Raider Psx *^*.
amazing and well used glitches. very advanced but as allways. it can be better. like instead of running to a block and then climb it you can jump on it. etc. and it is to dark in many scenes.
How did you make this game to look brighter with the emulator?
They didn't. It was brightened in the video encoding process.

I did it! I beat the first level of Tomb Raider 3! And it took me an hour and a half!

TR games are the hardest when it comes to TASing
I never understood the point of taking out flares constantly. Being frugal it feels like a waste to me.
Tossing out a flare at the right frame from the fall animation will cancel it, thus saving a few seconds
