Wow, that's such a beautiful and also intimidating ship!!!
wow . . . . least we forget . . . . i do hope no old age pensioners are taking a stroll
WELCOME TO THE UK, HOPE THE GERMAN NAVY PERSONNEL ARE MADE WELCOME IN BRITAIN 🇬🇧 . GERMANY 🇩🇪. IS ALWAYS MADE WELCOME.
DON'T EXPECT ANYTHING LESS THAN PERFECT FROM THE GERMAN NAVY 👌
Germany was attacked, Nord Stream the largest terroristic attack on civilian infrastructure since 9/11and the navy visits one of the countries that attacked them. Less than perfect in my book. I'd tell the civilians what I thought if they didn't agree I would resign and tell them to drive the boat over there.
During WW2 the German navy made the same mistake the US navy did putting magnetic detonators on their torpedos and not accounting for the effect of the earth's variable magnetic field around the world. Although the Germans "fixed it right" the American navy brass took almost two years to acknowledge there could be a flaw the Germans threw the officers who made the mistake in prison.
Awesome video!!
Nice man!
Displacement of a destroyer, armaments of a patrol boat.
@@apis_aculei it cost two or three times what a T31 cost. It has world beating sensors but only armed with point defense missiles. The Germans take pacifism to the extreme.
@@Weakeyedominant In case you didn't realise Germany is restricted in what it can have have military wise since the end of WW2
@@KingBritish they have limits on the size of their army which they are nowhere near breaching these days. They can't use biological or chemical which no one else should be using and they can't expand their territory even if someone wanted to.
Apart from that they have no restrictions on how effective their warships should be so could easily add more vls including TLAM. I get that Germany has no need to be a naval power, but they would be better investing their money into their land forces rather than building extremely expensive patrol ships.
@@KingBritish Sehr richtig. Es ist die traurige Wahrheit....., in der Besatzungszone FRG ist Deutschland immer noch nicht frei..
Where were you filming it must be some kind of bird estuary. I think I even heard a duck quacking.. Always good to see the big boats on the waterways. Thanks
It's full of birds of all kinds. It's always nice to listen and see them. Thank you!
Plymouth sound
@@grahambyrne7868 Plymouth sound is location location right? The birds do like it for sure. Thanks
Oops sorry yes I missed the question! Plymouth Sound, yes it is.
Hey can you give me a chance for work ?
That reminds me of the Bradly tank program, where they were constantly fiddling with things, which took longer and cost a lot more in the end and you still had to add extra armor after completion.
Its a new German type frigate; Logistics Fat Support Frigate or LFSF.
This type is armed with a crosbow and stone thrower. You also can wave with the Greman flag to scare enemies🥰
Seems likely to defend coasts.
I think fat is the correct term lol she looks like a solid piece of engineering.
Prinze Oigden survived the Bikini atom bomb test and had to be sunk by gunfire German quality
@@ericshepherd7941 you mean Prinz Eugen i guess, yes that was a good looking warship.
@@manuellangius2896 Thanks
I didn't see a Union Jack being flown. Isn't it maritime courtesy to fly the national flag of the port you are visiting, while you are berthed there? This ship looks a bit top heavy to me.....
Absolutely no words describe
We should send it down to the bottom to be with the rest of their navy that we sank.
@@MagezzzIdiot
@@ericshepherd7941 dumb kraut
This could’ve easily been our daily lifes here in the UK if things back in the day were different.
Beautiful Ship. Europe is pulling together.
Well they got closer than in 1940 🤣🤣
@peter coleman they tried and failed my friend
@pegamini what’s Dunkirk got to do with the German navy?
Is this the same class of ship which was returned to the ship yard because of instability problems.
No doubt the result of trying to sit on the fence........
beautiful ship, why its asw missile are not installed?
Flexing muscles ..
Always diplomacy should come first.
Probably giving uncle Albert a lift home🤣
This is an over-sized coastal guard ship.
Some really cool footage.
Filmed with one camera?
How'd you get to the various vantage points in time?
Thank you!
Dashing around like a nutter. 😂
@@CobraEmergency 😆
Well done.
why not sending hospital or civilian ship for ukraine as humanitarian aid not military? hoping that someday this war will not reach german soil in the near future. try helping not escalating.
Scary
We should work with all our NATO Allies, at Least we know they will be proficient if German.

Tuyệt Vòi lắm Nghe ❤
Does anyone know what this ship is?
Seems to me Europe is preparing. Just in Case. So is the US with the new Stealth planes and more. Very uncertain times.
Is it me or what but the balance of that ship doesn’t look right?
It’s doing just fine
"German war machine". LMBO
It does not look very well balanced slightly top heavy 🤔
That's about as good as one hypersonic missile do the maths
Probably just dropping off some asylum seekers!
no! They have just dropped off Merkel for a bit of X mas shopping!
No it was Sebastian Vettel’s sendoff from F1
Just thinking the same thing
Reactionary bigots
Don't mention the war 😀😀😀
BOST
Wonder what its purpose is..
. Minelayer, intelligence gathering, seems too unwieldy and no helipad for asw.
It does primarily conduct ASW. The helipad is on the back with two hangars for two Sea Lynx helicopters. :)
Yeah right?????? Probably trying to understand how they failed last time
Churchill will be turning in his grave
Why? Churchill helped to rebuild western Germany. he died in 1965 long after the end of WW2 .
May be hitler 3 in there 😁
He is in a different country.
Did they have ovens on those there ships.
Not very intelligent remark
