The are playing together better and better.

One of the Fever coaches need to show and train Mitchell what and how to use the Square on the backboard!! She misses way to many open layups!!
That's because she won't pass the ball to her teammates who are open. She would rather take a bad shot and not make it or turn the ball over. The team can't win if you are concentrating on your stats.
@51:00 Mitchell grabs the rebound and completely ignores Clark, who's ahead of on the break. Then, looks her off and opts for a cross court pass to Boston instead of Clark, who's behind her and asking for the ball.
There's a real problem there, as Mitchell never passes to Clark directly, and either looks her off or ignores her completely.
Kelsey Mitchell is selfish and won't pass the ball to CC when she is open. She would either turn the ball over or take a bad shot and not make it. Coach Sides needs to do something but I doubt it will happen because Sides loves Mitchell and in her eyes Mitchell can't make any mistakes.

Because of their June 1 antics. Angel Reese and her Dawg are being watched by the refs. Angel Reese calls hack ball "a basketball play". Reese is complaining because she is starting to get fouls for playing hack ball.
That play from CC to Hull to Mitchell is what will happen as the teams starts to realize when I get a pass keep looking for the next open person. That has happened the last couple of games.
Yeh, people are acting surprised that this team doesn't instantly operate like Iowa, which was a well oiled machine with a lot of time playing together.

Sometimes the cc team is so annoying why they are not looking where the ball is when CC passes to them they are surprised and turn to turn over

Indiana Fever has been getting better and better but they still need to work on their passing (too many turn overs, too many points lost. Every time they lose the ball it is Not only the points they miss but add the points the other side scores so every turn over accounts for 5 to 6 points not made...) Need to practice Fade away jump shots *M. Jordan style*, Not rushing the play and lose their turn to score and free throw shooting. Caitlin has help tremendously to Improve a team that was in last place and has made it competitive and relevant again..!!

Well,, Its hard to watch at times,, other times,, you see some nice things. Clark and 3 others on her team just need a coach. I just figured out,, 3 sec actually means 8 seconds,, traveling means 4 steps without a drible, and the way to drive is ELBOWS FIRST. Yeah,, Its a bit diff game. Im trying to become a fan.
Great comment. I'm an old player, coach, and 55 fan of BBALL who lost his way because of the style of play in the NBA the last 10 years. The NBA reminds me of a Sat morning pick up game at Venice Beach - where these men think they're warriors because, they have biceps and can jump 40 inches. Its boring to me. How do you compare the women's style of play? Its really growing on me after CC caught my attention. It reminds me of the game back in the 60s and 70s.
@@kairandbellinger1973 Honestly,, I really like the speed and Quick release,, esp the range of the Guard play of Clark and a few of the others. I'm a past Division 1 Two guard myself. I coached YOUTH leagues several years ago, but I too lost all interest in the Prof game post MJ, Magic, Bird,, Bulls, and Defense. Lack of options,, and Miss Clark breaking THE Pistols record,, brought me to this WNBA horizon. Watching Young guys Dunk without "D" is about as interesting to me as Watching The making of Peanut butter. I could two hand one step at 50,,so what?? The game has certainly become something diff my friend. I have some hopes for this WNBA. If they can get past their pettiness,,beyond the racism, Jealousy,, silliness first off,, then Get some semblance of a REAL LEAGUE FRAMEWORK. REAL top Officiating,, and Coaching, then I honestly see some talent, and opportunities. The real guards,, CAN SHOOT, pass, defend to a point ya know. Problem is,,They are now showing the deficits of 27yrs of no growth within the same Box.. Let us hope This new energy and interest can bring some REAL organization. I guess we shall see my friend. For me, the style of play is the same game we all used to play. Where most of us are under 6'.4" around the world playing in park leagues banging it out under the rim, setting off-ball picks, lockdown defense, secondary break, jump hooks, floaters, boxing out, vision, flow, and knocking down those beautiful long range Js - you know - basketball, the beautiful game it is.
Management and good business are needed for sure. Nice to exchange with you.
I don't like people using their CC support to dig and shut down important issues and underrepresented groups. Unfortunate. Hopefully, there is wisdom being whispered, in the ear of these young women (27-35 is young) to understand the big picture and start working together.
Until then my brother, hopefully, a few young people can read our exchange and calm down a bit, be civil, and celebrate women in sport.

Why does Mitchell always seem out of control. She could be so much better if she wasn't a ball hog.
To me, AR abilities are way too limited. She doesnt put up stats that are really that impressive. She doesn't score much, barely a mid-range shooter, not a dribbler or passer, so assists are low. She's all defensive, and gets a lot of fouls because she considers herself an "enforcer"..And she cant jump because her eyelashes weigh 5 lbs..

You're half right. Mitchell and Boston played their Outside in offense last year which placed them at the bottom. They are great players for sure, they are like a speedy run-first quarterback and a beast running back. That combination has never won a Super Bowl. With CC, they now have a quarterback, a super fast slot receiver, and a beast running back. All you need to win a Super Bowl.
