I finally got caught up and saw it! Looks a little different at the top in the show, but I immediately recognized that staircase! Thanks for pointing it out!
Thank you! Do rent a car for at least a day to see the coast line of Basque Country! And spend as much time in San Sebastian as you can, it's an amazing city with so much good food!
Great video! It's making me really excited to see the Basque Country! I noticed your shot at San Juan de Gaztelugatxe was at Sunrise. Is it usually open that early (at sunrise)? :D
Hey guys in the place 3:29 I was there just now! just few mins ago, I was alone, all totally dark just with the light of my cellphone, it was too madness, so dark and too windy. I was a bit scare when I watched some catholic crucifix 😫
@@BoschVoyage The scenes of the landing in "Game of Thrones" were filmed in that beach (Itzurun Beah at Zumaia) and they were combined with the staircase of San Juan de Gaztelugatxe to create the fortress of Dragonstone.

Hey! I'm Basque, and i can assure you that your surname is basque. "Gari" means wheat, and -bai, I think it comes from "ibai", which means river... Basque surnames have their origins at the houses of the ancestors, so one of your ancestors was living in a house which had a lot of wheat and was next to a river, or sth similar. Plus, it's from the province of Gipuzkoa. That's all I know lol. I hope I was helpful. Btw, where are you from?
@@bandidotrucker7092 it was common practice in the new world that the natives took the surnames of the monk. And a lot of basque jesuites monks went there so...
Basque Country is not Spain. I like this expression more. I'm local, Marta isnt. She is Spaniard. You ask locals and they tell you what they are. Spain doesn't even let ask Basque people what they feel. That's spanish well known democracy. Nice video by the way.
Te escuece a ti en particular que el País Vasco no sea exclusivamente spagnol? Saludos a todos los filologuillos que desde casa putas del secarral nos explicais de donde somos los vascos. Yo vasco de Ziburu, fuera de spagne.
The title is wrong! Basque Country is not Spain! We have different language, culture and genetic! We are a conquered country since Middle Age, when Castilla conquered the Kingdom of Navarre with weapons. Freedom for the Basque Country - Navarre Kingdom!
So True! But I am looking at the angle of tourists, as I am from the U.S., and so many American's don't think about the Basque Country at all when they travel to Spain. So my hope is to let people who are traveling to Spain see what they are missing if they miss going to the beautiful Basque Country.

Hodeiertz I understand, I explained my title to someone with a similar comment about Basque Country not being apart of Spain, and it’s mostly for Americans who mostly watch my videos and Americans have a tendency to skip Basque Country when traveling to Spain. My video is aimed to highlight just some of the most beautiful areas, which I found to be my favorite areas of this region of the world.
Basque Country is so beautiful. Thank you for the video!
Amazing video my friend. Always love to watch your wonderful new video.

It was sunset
Great beaches and cliff locations; seem like these are less traveled location as there are very few people in also every shot.
Yeah I was surprised too! One of the more beautiful places I've been and no one else was really there!
Go to San Sebastián in summer. It is full of people
That place at 3:28 reminded me sights of the Great Wall of China!
A few others mentioned the similarity to me too!
Now I wanna go there even more! Thanks for the inspiration!

En todo caso seria al revés, no se puede ser algo a la fuerza, ni pertenecer obligado a ello por gusto, esa es la realidad desde hace mucho tiempo.
