Just discovered this band, it was a real hiatus in my knowledge, listening all days to their albums and solo work by Nai Palm, great stuff
I have been into this band for about two weeks. And I don't remember ever being so obsessed with a band quite like this one. Rhythm section is mad tight, the dude on keys is something else, and Nai is a gem unlike any other in music right now. MUCH LOVE to this band.

Arguably one of the most iconic songs ever made
people saying her guitar is so silent dont know about the fact that guitars sometimes are supposed to barely make a sound. they just give atmosphere and are the bade to the sound
They're looking at this from a guitar virtuoso perspective or something, not really soaking in what the music actually is and is trying to convey.
Less is more, as a musician who's been moving further and further from guitar, tasteful playing speaks more volumes about the caliber of musician than endless flurries of notes
The guitar is capable of so much colour. Whether it’s blistering solos, ethereal textures or one note grooves... It’s all about context.
That's pretty much the life of a rhythm guitar player. If you're doing your job well, you blend in the background. Not every guitar part is meant to be heard prominently, however if you take away the rhythm guitar part, you'll notice it immediately.
for people who says her guitar is silent: get good headphones/speakers

i wish they had added the back vocals in the album version like it's done here. i think it meshes with her voice wonderfully but also gives like a deeper feel to the song.

My TV was on mute in the background to my laptop and I looked up n saw Nai Palm being interviewed and I Kinda liked her style so Up came the sound and OMFG. I can't believe I haven't heard their music before. Shame on me I'm an Aussie too.
I can't quite put my finger on their style and that's OK because I believe REAL talent can't be pigeon holed.
