This review features the highly requested R30C vs MS03 comparison!
I measured 8360 lumens / 47,038cd (434m)
IMALENT R30C is palm-sized tiny monster EDC flashlight with outstanding performance.
IMALENT R30C 9000LUMENS FLASHLIGHT Powered by one high drain 21700 Li-ion battery with built-in type-C USB charging,
it emits a max of 9000 lumens and beam distance of 560 meters .
Using a Type-C USB rechargeable 4000mAh 21700 lithium...
The IMALENT R30C is an incredible high power EDC flashlight, giving 9000 lumens with abeam distance of 560 meters. No other EDC flashlight combines this much brightness with along distance throw that allows you to see almost half a mile away. 9000 lumens is easily enough for any outdoor activity, like search and rescue, caving, fishing or hunting.
The palm-sized IMALENT R30C is just 4.5 inches long with a body that’s barely over an inch in diameter. You’ll be amazed at how much light comes from something so small. Most EDC flashlights either give you lots of lumens or a long beam distance. With the R30C you get both, thanks to the 3 American made SST70 LEDs. With 2 quick clicks of the switch, theR30C will light up all around you and also light up far into the distance.
The IMALENT R30C has quick access to turbo and strobe, so works well for professionals like law enforcement officers and for security. With the R30C by your side, your friends and work colleagues will even be impressed with the 2300 lumen middle mode. When you show them 5000 lumens from the high mode and then turbo’s amazing 9000 lumens they’ll be shocked and won’t know what to say! The high strength aluminium IMALENT R30C is 2 meters waterproof (IPX8) and 1.5m impact resistant, so will work wherever you need it to. The oxidation-resistant body is easy to grip too. A high drain 21700 li-ion cell is provided with the R30C. This battery has a capacity of4000mAh and can run the R30C for up to 20 hours at a time. The battery also has fast USB-C charging, so can be charged anywhere. The 6 different modes mean you can choose between low brightness for up close work or extreme power to make it look like day.
Utilizes 3 pieces of American LEDs. Lifespan is up to 50000 hours with maximum output of 9000lumens
Powered by a Type-C USB rechargeable 4000mAh 21700 Li-ion battery.
Instant turbo output by double press the power switch button while triple press the power switch button, can get lowest output
Product size 42mm(head diameter)*29mm(body diameter)*115mm(length)
Net weight 216g(battery included)
High efficiency constant power circuit will maintain constant brightness.
Built-in thermal control module will automatically adjust the brightness output according to the working state and outer temperature.

This review features the highly requested R30C vs MS03 comparison!
It would be nice if you made a top 10 of edc lights.
I keep meaning to but I'm a lazy b******
I'd love to see the R30C next to a Sofirn SP 36. 9000 lum throw vs 8000 lum flood. Both have USB charging, but the Sofirn has longer runtime vs the Imalent size + power.
Imalent huh?? Well at least they worked long enough for you to do the review.
Great work as usual my friend
Btw just got the new Manker white mk38 and acebeam x50 !! (omg I spent so much money! you’re so lucky to get free flashlights). Wish I had the time to do an extensive and well made ( like yours) comparison review on them but I will at least do a short one ( no beam shots sorry) showing size difference
Very well done sir! Thank you🙂
Very powerful, very beautiful!
I wish Imalent made a button that glows in the dark.
Me too. At least the MS03 button was Silver and stood out a little.
They state on their page that it will run 2300 lumens constant
Incredible power for such a small package. 👍
It doesn’t come cheap though: €111.86

Very nice video.👍
I have it to. The Luminus SST70 led is a bit greenish.
But i do like the greenish tint for walking in nature.
It's killer on Low mode but tbh higher than that and the tint seems very neutral. Any red light issues?
@@FLASHAHOLIC_TV That's right. On the highest setting it looks almost neutrale..The only issue is that the red light starts to blink in turbo as if the battery is empty. But it does stay full in turbo. Alsof with a Molicel P42A with solder on the top the red light starts to blink after a few seconds.
@@edwinsnoek2009 I occasionally got a red light whilst cycling through levels when the battery was cold but not on Turbo yet. I think IMALENT are still using a poor voltage or heat sensor
@@FLASHAHOLIC_TV i do have a green light at lower levels. But at turbo it starts blinking.
When the battery is warm and the internal recistance is lower, the red light stays on constantly. I also think it has something to do with the voltage sensor.
@@edwinsnoek2009 I've urged Imalent to change it but they insist it's glue on the threads every new release 😔
Again another great review . One thing that put me of getting this unit is it's green tint. I know that it disappears when you ramp up the power But i myself hate the green tint it is horrible no good if you have to use that power setting to make it look ok. looking farword to the next review.
You can get this light for 78 dollars right now, plus add another 10% discount code for 8 dollars off that
Thank you for the review. Is there much difference between r30c and ms03?
Yeah, R30C isn't faulty!

What's happening with Imalent lately? Is it me or some products are not performing as it should be? I'm in doubt to buy another flashlight from them because it won't last long or doesn't work after 5days.
They all seem to have a red light issue.
Nice flashlight review
You could get regular 21700's to work with a couple of those 21700 adapters that Convoy sell.
Standard batteries being too short rules this out. If I buy a 21700 light I want to fit better than a 4000mah battery in it.
For nights and nights I have watched reviews on RUclips and read customer reviews on Imalent products. On paper they seem to offer alot but in reality people are struggling with their products. I honestly can't convince myself to fork over so much money for something that won't work properly and is a 60 second light. What is the point of having so much Lumens but only for a few seconds??? Feels like false advertising if you have to operate it sub 1000 lumens just to last over an hour.
i think used sst-70, its cheap and powerfull
I work in the jungle .. please recommend me good bright Flashlight. The brighter the flashlight, better it is..
thank you.
Astrolux EC06 with 3 x Molicel P42A batteries, should do.
@@FLASHAHOLIC_TV thank you 🙏🏼
Belaria lumina !!!!!
Can't bring myself to opt for proprietary batteries... swing and miss for me. Great review!
a great comparison as always from the upper class. ps. I thought you didn't even want to hear about imalent ;)
I won't buy Imalent or Lumintop. But I'll review Imalent even though they all seem to have red light issues. I won't review Lumintop as they are dangerous.
@@FLASHAHOLIC_TVhi dude how r u? Can I ask you what do you mean by dangerous??
@@50amn The rear switches nearly always stick on. I had a Turboglow Lumintop that just turned itself on went to Turbo and wouldn't turn off.
Some people never have an issue with Lumintops though. Myself I rarely get a fully working one.
If you want a lot of lumens in a small package then the obvious compromises wont matter I suppose. Unfortunately they matter to me, so...
Wow
Would have liked to see it go against the FW21 PRO
PRO is similar to the MS03 but weaker
I know I was just thinking about the tint and it was 9000 to 10000 a much closer match up...and I have the FW21 PRO. The MS03 is double the price....
@@mgg5050 Yeah the FW21 Pro doesn't hit hard at all with a cold 40T. About 7000 lumens vs 10000 for the MS03W
@@FLASHAHOLIC_TV I don't have the 40t version I have the 50.2 version and yes I agree because when I ordered it they sent me the wrong one the 1st time.... after loading the battery I made a call and it was sent back immediately to get the 50.2 version and it is a night and day difference... For its size its a show stopper but it get toasty quick....any way just curious....
看來看去…R30C最佳選擇!
Can I ask you, Why?
3
Ms03 The COOL WHITE The KING of This Kind of LINTERNS. MS03 COOL WHITE not WARM LIGHT
All I can think about while watching this is why the music is so over dramatic and elaborate....

@@FLASHAHOLIC_TV ah. You good mate?
@@InLakech_AlaKin Yeah, just worried about the way the world is going with pandemics, war and energy prices/availability - stay safe!
Imalent has the absolutely worst customer service EVER
THOUGHT you wasnt gonna eneTER tane shit like that no more flash WILDERNUSSSHHH 100%
It's better than the MS03 and MS06 but the mode spacing was strange.
Acebeam far better quality control !
IMALENT ITS NOT GOOD ENOUGH !
I HAVE OWNED A NUMBER OF YOUR LIGHT AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS GAVE ME ISSUES !!!
I had issues, but the last 3 have been solid so far.
@FLASHAHOLIC i own acebeam X50 2.0 the design is so much better than IMALENT!!
