How to install a vertical blind - Shorten a vertical blind and install it

Hi thanks for making this video! I was given 2 sets of vertical blinds. I've watched the video a few times when I cut hanging bar and rod to length and removed blinds and tied the strings. I never would have figured it out on my own.
