It’s the first room. The one with a bed and huge armoire. That’s the bedroom. It needs a BED. A KING BED. Otherwise it is one of two studios. Still needs a bed.

I love lucca. We lived in the same Airbnb before Covid every year by Via de Buccattoni by Porta Jacopo We would love to own an apt there if there a less than€200k ? Is that possible?
It was well done. Love them or hate them, having tourist money around allows you to have a shop like that. you wouldn't see a shop like that it some random unknown small town... Just saying.

Yeah I hear you. I thought it would have shown better with a big king bed in the room to the left. I would do Murphy in the other room. It was a nice apartment for the price considering it was in the middle of the action in Lucca.

I love this apartment. It makes sense to me to configure them as 2 separate monolocali thus potentiating a higher ROI.
Yeah, maybe! But it is a really nice big apartment for 4 people and that would rent well too. Main thing is the price is super good.
