I'll tell you why I care about 0-60 times. My rav4 took roughly TWICE that amount of time(10-11 seconds. 0-60). It wasn't just boring to drive, but couldn't summon the speed to pass in many circumstances. Commuting on back roads, you get stuck behind a logging truck. They crawl slowly in the "no passing" areas. They speed up in the passing areas. A slow rav 4 could not accelerate quickly enough in the short passing areas to get by safely. The titanium would zip by with a comfortable margin. The difference is, not getting delayed by over an hour by slow vehicles. That, and having a fun ride.

That's a great point! I have to borrow that for future videos I never realized how common that is around the Midwest when I lived out there.

@@LJsGarage one of the trends happening now that I hate- tiny engines in big vehicles. They are charging the same or more for a mid sized suv but….
Most suvs weigh 3600-5500 lbs. A 1.5 liter engine with less than 200 hp makes for a sluggish ride that can’t tow much. In a Mitsubishi Outlander for example, top trim starts about $32k. All you can get is the weak 180hp/180 ft-lb torque engine. Ok on mileage, pathetic power. These products are self-defeating, and a rip-off imo.
