1964 Joustra Tow Truck - Full restoration - Antique rusty toy

- Here is a new video !! This is a tow truck produced by Joustra (Jouets de Strasbourg) around 1964/65. It's pretty rusty and the clockwork engine wasn't working when I tested it.
Some parts were missing and I did my best to make new ones.
I also tried to make new decals but I'm not very satisfied with the result...

Nice that you did some upgrades which most restoration channels seldom do, but you didn't show much of it like the installation of batteries and wires and the restoration of the driver.
@@rapcom Thanks a lot for your comment🙏 The driver is plastic made and the paint was in good condition... I just cleaned it. I filmed the installation of the wires but I was a bit boring... I decided not to show it... Next time I’ll try to do better ! Thanks again ! All the best

All those vintage tin plate models look simple but in reality the number of parts and their origami like assembly is always amazing and a real master work of ingenuity.

Just one thing. The light on the top should be orange. Blue light is for police/ambulance/fire trucks only.
