TheGroundedAviator mhm damn those UAV's
Best anime ever

This is a great movie, but it is kinda creepy, once you understand what's going on behind the scene's.
What is it?
@@gunslinger1824 Watch the movie. I don't want to spoil it for any one. Its worth the watch.
@@longrider42 I watch he but I don't get what was about???? Spoil me please
@@vegassincity702 Lets start with the fact this is a war between big corporations, and not countries. Second, the pilots of the single engine pusher prop fighters, are all "Children" well, teenagers. All under the age of 19. And lastly, they cannot be killed. If one does "die" they are recovered, and eventually returned to the unit, but they don't remember, but the unit's dog does. They are called "Killdren". Some kind of genetic engineering. Its all in the movie. And the "Teacher" guy in the single engine front mounted prop job. Is trying to "Kill" these children, to end the cycle. Oh, and he is an adult.

I know this is an anime but, that Spitfire, A-10, whirlwind weird looking thing is hilarious looking. Also, couldn’t they just have used the Wyvern’s default gun armament of 4 guns(20mm cannons)? I mean, it already looks like one. So why not go all out? Despite me not being a fan of anime due to plot and physics reasons. The graphics almost feels like I’m back in strangereal
the two engine plane looks a lot like the turboprop test variant of the Meteor than anything else.
@@TacticalOkuu nah, it has the Spitfire’s wings design plus the air cooling ducts on the later varients
0:32 isn't that a war crime ? starting good
In our world yes. in theirs no.
Yah, but to teacher, his reputation is not letting anyone live an encounter with him, so he has to stick with it.
It's the whine of the superchargers in the engine to make up for the lack of oxygen at higher altitudes
meowwwwwwwwwww
What this trick called 1:00
This maneuver is called "Cobra"

Man...i hated The Teacher when I first saw this.
Haha same. if you’ve played the game then you’re the teacher
Belkans when WW2
As much as I wanted to enjoy Sky Crawlers, I found it incredibly boring and mind numbing to watch outside of the air combat scenes. Maybe watching it again, I might be able to appreciated it more, but compared to earlier movies directed by Mamoru Oshii like Ghost in the Shell and Patlabor 2, I was left wanting. The whole "children being brought up for war" cliche is way overused.
GITS and Patlabor 2 actually had maintained some relevance to our world and issues of the past, present, and future.
And that has to do with what? I didn't enjoy the movie plain and simple.
Blitzvogel Mobius That's war and military service for you, mostly mind numbing boredom.
And children "bought up for war", have you seen most movies out of the USA and China about war, they are too make the next gen interested/nationalistic/patriotic and vicious... doesn't make good soldiers though.
I explained it to my bored friends...it's Metal Gear Solid in the Sky
İn Realworld you cant make a wide spin like this
is there an english version of the book? :c

Isn't that a war crime?
Yes
In the context of this movie, not really, he's just killing mass manufactured clone made by a company made specifically for war( A war which is also a type of entertainment for the public, basically think of a nerf war but with plane and clones), and those clone learn skill way too fast for their own good, he needs to kills them before they learn enough to be able to kill him
I can't read the description, what anime is this ?
