    西蘭花台灣稱他做青花菜,我一般都是用川燙的。即將青花菜洗淨後放入滾水中,滾水裡加一湯匙油、一湯匙鹽。水滾後和兩三下就撈出,然後用電扇吹涼後放進冰箱冷藏,要吃的時候沾芥末或蒜末醬油,香脆可口。在此特別要提的是,我聽到國語(大陸稱普通話)以外的華語,我就有莫名的傷感,一樣是漢族的華人,語言卻幾乎不能相通;期盼有朝一日,大家在公共場合或平台,都可以用共同的語言進行溝通。

    花椰菜為甚麼沒剝皮啊?

      因為我這次買的花椰菜比較嫩,所以不用剝皮,直接切小塊就可以煮了🥰

    Umur 5 tahun pun boleh gorang .recipe ini apa pun tak ada ..bawang outih, sour tiram ,chiken stock , baeang putih yang goreng siap bubur di atas pun tak taruh..macam mana video ini boleh masuk dalam You Tube.
    Hairan yah...

    你只不過是小抄很容易做,如果想新法可以做西蘭花湯,你將一個西蘭花和500水兩個大約1lite水來做煮西蘭花和1lite水一起煮西蘭花切細煮水和西蘭花一齊沸大約五分鐘把煲拉開爐頭,然後用攪拌機到湯形象,然後用細火煮大約五十分鐘或一小時,然後看湯會不會太少或太多太少的話加熱水太多的話加完味便再煮到最後西蘭花味全部在湯裏面時用緬粉加冷氺打濃湯,如果再不明白可以用留言問我。

      會,你可以加很多嘢,多數是椰菜花和西蘭花加上小半牛奶煮你可以加雞肉加小許牛奶其實最重要是將材料打嫆,因為這是西餐低中菜唔會咁做,這個是西餐做法,比較像fusjon菜,所以加什麼是自己想,做菜最緊要明白原理和做法,加什麼用什麼是無限的。
