蒸两分钟的效果和水煮一样的,因为营养流失的主要原因是因为高温而不是水,蒸一样会导致流失。不如直接焯水

這樣制作是很香好食但太油膩不健康。我比較喜歡簡單些:清洗西蘭花方法相同。清洗後將西蘭花熱水鍋中隔水蒸三分鐘,取出後用蒜片薑片爆香西蘭花,其他配料(可加可減)例如:香菇,蘑菇,青紅辣椒,荷蘭豆,露笋,雞柳條等等隨自己心意加減。爆香兜混炒數分鐘聞到香味便可上碟。醬料可加蠔油,X 0醬,生抽/老抽酌量,少許糖,粟粉。咸淡甜也是按照各人 喜好。多做幾次,有經驗了便不難。中國菜離不了砂糖、粟粉、生抽、老抽、蠔油,鹽、還有各種不同醬:甜面豉醬、八珍醬、柱侯醬、X 0醬、蝦醬、豆瓣醬、咖喱醬等等。種類繁多,都可以在烹調過程中找到自己喜愛的味道。希望大家都會嘗試一下及尋找煮餸的樂趣,自己煑又可以食到新鮮又有益的食物。
