The duty and responsibility for ascertaining the quality of the consent rests upon each individual who initiates, directs or engages in the experiment. It is a personal duty and responsibility which may not be delegated to another with impunity.
The experiment should be such as to yield fruitful results for the good of society, unprocurable by other methods or means of study, and not random and unnecessary in nature.
The experiment should be so designed and based on the results of animal experimentation and a knowledge of the natural history of the disease or other problem under study, that the anticipated results will justify the performance of the experiment.
The experiment should be so conducted as to avoid all unnecessary physical and mental suffering and injury.
No experiment should be conducted, where there is an a priori reason to believe that death or disabling injury will occur; except, perhaps, in those experiments where the
experimental physicians also serve as subjects.
The degree of risk to be taken should never exceed that determined by the humanitarian importance of the problem to be solved by the experiment.
Proper preparations should be made and adequate facilities provided to protect the experimental subject against even remote possibilities of injury, disability, or death.
The experiment should be conducted only by scientifically qualified persons. The highest degree of skill and care should be required through all stages of the experiment of those who conduct or engage in the experiment.
During the course of the experiment, the human subject should be at liberty to bring the experiment to an end, if he has reached the physical or mental state, where continuation of the experiment seemed to him to be impossible.
During the course of the experiment, the scientist in charge must be prepared to terminate the experiment at any stage, if he has probable cause to believe, in the exercise of the good faith, superior skill and careful judgement required of him, that a continuation of the experiment is likely to result in injury, disability, or death to the experimental subject.

Hmm wish I had a sense of scale of how large that pool is...
Close it!!! It’s not the year man...
Close it? It's a heavily secured cave that no more than 100 people have had access to. I'm sure nobody is going in there unless with strict permission
Short and to the point. Thanks
Mother Earth is the boss. Mother Earth decides who lives and dies. Mother Earth will always regurgitate human life.

I have to point out that I came for 10 seconds of new discovery and the park brochure.
I feel sad every time we discover things like this, because it’s only a matter of time before humans ruin it.
Yup
This cave is heavily protected.
Luckily, tens of thousands of miles of cave exist that will never be discovered.
Visited White City/Carlsbad Caverns and then drove to White Sands. You start in scrub desert and then go through ski country that looks like Colorado and windup in the white sands all in a few hours.
I wanna taste it ! 😋😋
I was looking for this comment. Was going to say "Now drink it!"
It’s like walking into a giant geode 😍
A friends of my dad discovered a cave in the Amazon so big, that you could fit a mall in there at about 1000 feet deep. He died and never told anybody where it was. He took pictures of it.
What is mall?
That is fucking insane, a piece of discovery never to be found because your dad's friend took it to the grave.
@@Baul_Punyan like a massive shopping center.
@@Iluvpie6good hopefully it doesn't get found soon
That looks like the green gelatin desert my mom used to make
Awesome
Bats and never before discovered bacteria, but they're worried about bringing something in that contaminates the _cave?_
Yes, human presence and germs in there would mess it all up
@@MadGunny I was partly joking, but you seem to have missed the point completely.
@@rfichokeofdestinyNo , you’re just not very good at being funny
Great !!
That is an egg... hello!
The news that is WORTH watching
That's pretty cool! Although I already knew about this....
Wouldn't be surprised if they find an ancient virus that would cause havoc on humanity never know could turn people into actual zombies or freaking vampires 😅
They're worried about contaminating the cave, I'm worried about the cave contaminating us.
“Without human presence “ Wow really nature works when people aren’t present……..interesting. Solid news cast.
Best place ever! The people are great as well. 👍🏿👍🏿
WE SO BLIND TO REALIZE THAT EVERYONE SO BUSY TRYING TO CONQUERED SPACE, YET DOESNT REALIZE THAT THE OCEAN IS 95% UNDISCOVERED.
Literally!!!
Calm down soy boy. It's just a cave.
The Brazilian and Congo rainforests are also not fully discovered.
What's to discover when it's full of trash
Space isn’t real.
Carlsbad caverns, my dad took me there about a decade ago. i was in my 20's and had some magic mushrooms. it felt like i was on another planet...... none of the tourists even know i was shroomin' either
Those orbs though...gtfo...and stay out...not a good sign, there 🥴
Went there as a kid. Cool place
It's got "bad" literally in it's name... Cancel 2020 the sequel please
Tell Michael Bay to go home
Went there in the 80s, hot as hell outside. Didn't take a coat in. Regretted that decision.
So this is where our next pandemic is coming from. Got it.
You think this is in China?
