I knew you'd like this. It was worth the wait. To me you can break the four movies into three categories. 1&2 are your classic blockbuster action comedies. 3 is the over the top action flick. 4 is the serious one in the franchise. Once I saw this was produced by Eddie I knew it would be good and faithful to the story
I loved that this movie felt more like classic Eddie Murphy. I know that the generation who only knows him as Donkey or Dr. Dolittle may be a little shocked by the language but I love (and have missed) f-bomb Eddie Murphy. I enjoyed this movie and it felt great to be back in Axel Foley's world lol.

I agree with you this is a setup from Movies we got in the 80s and 90s. And that is why the movie is great 🎉 I think we need to understand that, most people love a movie that is not like day to day life. Its entertainment so it need to be fun. Something I feel Hollywood have lost. So go back to 80s and 90s would be magic 😊
netflix and adam sandler annouced a happy gilmore 2 is happening but the cameo of the golfer was what the director wanted and didn't know that a happy gilmore 2 was even annouced so it was justa coiencedence

Just came across a couple of trivia tidbits. Luiz Guzman was in the French version Belleville Cops. He was the Taggart character. Also for the helicopter chase they used the theme music from the 80s TV show Airwolf

Good reaction I just watched this 2 days ago. Wow I didn't watch the third BHC movie so I didn't know Teresa Randle was his wife. Ironically enough she was Martin Lawrence' wife in Bad Boys & she didn't reprise her role in Bad Boys 4 either & they replaced her character. Hopefully she's well.
