@@TheSuspensio Я уже давно смотрю многие каналы трудяг из Пакистана, многие из того что они делают можно смело выбрасывать на переплавку. Ну иной раз удивляют, из Г делают конфетку.
@@moskal- Нет там никаких конфеток.Когда смотрю как он центрует заготовку в станке-вся шерсть дыбом встает!А из говна у них выходит блестящее или крашеное говно.
@@user-ln6qq8yw8j Видел как они чинили главный гидравлический насос от экскаватора. Так вот там допуски меньше сотки, все притерали, и все работает. Так что не нужно всех под одну гребенку.
@@moskal- А я видел как чинили гидроцилиндр.Вынес,мандонул в песок и ладушки.А потом замотал в бумагу с иероглифами.Соедините тот насос и этот цилиндр и получите результат.
the original gear was a helical cut and the final gear was straight cut....not going to work too well......won't mesh ....js

У свёрел нет ленточек. Вот его и провернуло. И не советую наждачку со своими кривыми корявками сувать в дырки. А то кроме как 21-й потом и останется. Оторвёт и пальцы и руку. Лично проверял с оправкой. Цепляет при грязной поверхности и проворачивает. Наждачка страшное дело. Гляньте токаря с Челнов. Тож наждачкой хотел полирнуть.
У паков больше шансов в такой ситуации , у них станки с ремённым перебором и ремень почти у всех один . Это не ДИП 300 с фрикционом .
Токарь в Челнах обнял патрон в фуфайке. Наждачка тут ни при чем. То, что её вырывает из рук, это факт, но просто вырывает. Патрон обнимать не стоило.

All is very good, what is the metallurgy of Pinion Material, is it a proper Gear Material to get Load of its application as Traction Motor Pinion it is suggested do not use Scrap Material, Promote Metallurgical Skills for getting Progress in Manufacturing Engineering. Manufacturing Processes are well OK.

Ever seen a worker who does this kind of work with steel or iron in any country? Dirty face, dirty hands, dirty clothes. Every metal worker (with the exception of the boss) in my little town in the USA looks like that. I look like this when I do rough work with metal or am welding. Working steel or iron with your hands is dirty work. Unless you are lucky to work at a place where safety gear is required. The people in this video are not that lucky.

Pinion and Gear are Separate Parts of Transmission System but working together, smaller one is called Pinion and the Larger as Gear. Pinion Gear is a No Term.

What a complete load of crap. There's so much wrong that it's not worth ranting about it all. There's nothing "amazing" , only bad workmanship and poor results.
I doubt that you could or would do that kind of work or would be a could fit to be a team member in that group of workers. Or that you would work for the money they are getting in return. Remember that not terribly long time ago your ancestors worked that way and enjoy that you and your children/grandchildren don't have to any longer.
