To prevent one shots on first/last boss as well as provide extra safety for the tank, esp when gathering the big pull after 2nd boss. I would never recommend ward trinket to anyone in here unless they’re doing like +32s or higher

We don’t pull a lot of the packs down there, like the enforcer or the crack shot. That first pull everyone does in pugs is just not very efficient in high keys. Much better to skip it and start with a bigger lust pull anyways
There's infinitely more information to parse in high-end content in retail WoW, and the default UI does fuck all to present it. It's INSANELY mechanically complex compared to Classic, which is where I assume you come from. The gunshot sound is popularly used to signal frontals going off; people have in recent years caught on that our sense of hearing has been severely underutilized in information transfer.
