Where does the vacuum tube on the regulator come from

Random, You will just need to tap off of any valid vacuum source. Normally, the upper intake manifold will be the place to go.

So looks like the same aeromotive fuel rails in everyone else's kit that won't clear the distributor.

If you watch the video ..the kit comes with spacers you have to install so the fuel rails will clear the distributer
