Very interesting video. Elvis' laughter, singing or speaking is always wonderful.💕💕 Really enjoyed all of this! Thank you! OH! I did notice the separation.
Great one pal much appreciated love Elvis when he cracks up would love to hear you analyse ‘feel so bad’ great song with wonderful sax instrumental thanks TCB
Thanks...Yeah I can do "I Feel so Bad" Only took him 2 takes to get that one... so I will throw one in from the same session in with it. I'm with you on the sax.....gives his songs some real depth. Give me a few days and I will have that one for you ..Got some new videos uploading tomorrow through Sunday... starting the Elvis From Memphis album......Thanks Again
Sure Elvis was tired of the Soundtracks but wasn't lacking enthusiasm he was singing it the way it was written to match the song's style also The mix for his mic is set very dry with no effects giving it a more muteted sound. Some effects will be added in the final mix.
I would like to hear a really good master recording of “we can make the morning “ it’s a great song and one of my favourite Elvis Songs ever I just don’t think it’s recorded that well and I feel it could be remastered or mixed a lot better that’s one I would love for you to have a go with .. anyhow thanks TCB⚡️😎✌🏻
Thanks Paul, That is one of my favorite songs... Recorded in May 20th 1971 with "I'm Leaving" and "It's Only Love". 2 more great songs. Reel #2 from that night turned up missing which had the outtakes from We Can Make the Morning so the only take that exists is the overdubbed master....If they ever do find and release that reel, I would love to hear and do a video of that song's process.
@@ElvisAZ I have been an Elvis fan all my life my parents are big fans growing up here in Scotland my dad was born in 1935 and also was in the Army my mum said she couldn’t get Elvis so the old man was the next best thing .. any how yes love that Song I only found out about that song about 15 years ago I worked with a young guy who was a music nut and loved Elvis he played it at work and I thought wow I never heard that before unusual as I have all the stuff. Also I was born in May 1971 so it’s poignant. And yes it really deserves a better production. I didn’t know it had gone missing as Elvis really was trying different things out and singing great Thanks for the response and forgive my long response TCB😎⚡️✌🏻😎👏🏻
Yeah ..this was pretty bad..where as " City by Night"'was exceptional esp. with regards to his film songs. I liked you background on the session players..👍

I enjoy your take and knowledge on things concerning Elvis's attitudes and responses. You are obviously quite astute, I appreciate that!
Thank You!!! I have been a fan since 1962, as well as a lifetime musician so I am very into the music and production of his sessions and live shows...

Thank you. I’m Glad you enjoyed it. I have fun making those studio videos
I recently mentioned to someone that City by Night may be his most underrated movie song.
@13:09 Very interesting stuff. However, the real find is this: if I didn't know this was 1966, I'd swear that is Phoebe Cates standing next to Elvis.
I said the same thing to my wife...She looked pretty good for 3 years old..LOL..(I had to look up her birth year)... Thanks for watching
@@ElvisAZ is she Shelley Fabares !?
Greetings from São Paulo / Brazil (🇧🇷)
@@guttasantti3318 The girl that looks like Phoebe no, but she is in the movie
Ironically, Cates did a beer commercial in Japan that used Don’t Be Cruel.
