SAVOURY PANCAKE RECIPE - SORTED

The second of our recipes from the Southbank at the Real Food Festival (realfoodfestiva...). Pancakes are often associated as sweet dishes and yet these wholemeal galettes act as an ideal casing for a savoury snack.
In this recipe we cook a simple cheese sauce with Comté cheese and pack the galette with a sun blushed tomatoes and smoked ham.
