Hey Kimberly, Thanks for your question. It's a good one. I had that situation come up when they did a reboot in my home. My lock has an app. I had my cleaners download the app, sent them credentials to enter the app, and reconnect the WiFi. You can always pay a little extra, like $20, to incentivize this.
